Abstract

一种自加压弹性垫圈,属于电力***紧固件技术领域,垫圈本体为环状,所述垫圈本体以中轴线对称呈“V”形对折状,对折边为加压部位,张开边为支撑部位。所述垫圈本体的“V”形圆弧角度a为140°~160°,圆弧半径R为10~30mm。本实用新型采用记忆合金材料制成,利用记忆合金的特性——记忆性能以及超弹性特性,有效地解决了普通65Mn、60Si2MnA弹簧垫圈经常处在较高温度下会失去弹性,从而失去了防止被紧固件松动的作用,被紧固件松动,因接触不良造成接触电阻增大而更加容易发热,烧损紧固件和被紧固件,进而造成故障性停电的问题,节省了为定期更换所有的紧固件所需的大量人力、物力,具有很好的经济和社会效益。

技术领域
本实用新型属于电力***紧固件技术,特别涉及强电***的紧固件弹性垫圈,具体说是一种自加压弹性垫圈。
技术背景
电力***紧固件中使用65Mn、60Si2MnA弹簧垫圈,在正常状态下可有效防止被紧固件的松动。现在的电力***紧固件中的65Mn、60Si2MnA弹簧垫圈,虽然在正常状态下能有效防止被紧固件的松动,但是这种材料经常处在较高温度下(电流冲击造成发热或因震动造成紧固件松动导致的发热)会失去弹性,从而失去了防止被紧固件松动的作用。被紧固件松动后,因接触不良造成接触电阻增大而更加容易发热,烧损紧固件以及被紧固件,进而造成故障性停电,目前,供电企业每年因此而造成的停电故障经常发生,为了防止此类故障,不得不花费大量人力、物力定期更换所有的紧固件,造成的经济损失以及社会损失相当惊人。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是目前在电力***使用的65Mn、60Si2MnA弹簧垫圈,在偶尔发生瞬间大电流或因雷击造成的大电流冲击时,紧固件不会随温度的升高失去弹性而使被紧固件松动,紧固失效的问题,从而提供一种在紧固件发热时弹性会加大,能防止被紧固件松动的一种自加压弹性垫圈。
本实用新型的技术问题采用下述技术方案解决:
一种自加压弹性垫圈,垫圈本体为环状,所述垫圈本体以中轴线对称呈“V”形对折状,对折边为加压部位,张开边为支撑部位。
所述垫圈本体的“V”形圆弧角度a为140°~160°,圆弧半径R为10~30mm。
所述垫圈本体采用记忆合金材料制成。
本实用新型采用记忆合金材料制成,利用记忆合金的特性——记忆性能以及超弹性,依靠自身的超弹性特性,不但具备普通65Mn、60Si2MnA弹簧垫圈的功能,更重要的是其在电力***偶尔发生的瞬间大电流或因雷击造成的大电流冲击时,紧固件会发热,随着温度升高,弹性就会加大,不会因温度的有限升高失去弹性而使被紧固件松动,紧固失效,可避免因被紧固件松动而造成的障性停电,节省了为定期更换所有的紧固件所需的大量人力、物力,可挽回经济损失以及社会损失,具有很好的经济和社会效益。

具体实施方式
本实用新型是一种自加压弹性垫圈,采用记忆合金材料制成的垫圈本体1设计成以中轴线对称呈“V”形对折状的结构,对折边为加压部位3,张开边为支撑部位2。“V”形圆弧角度为140°~160°,圆弧半径R为10~30 mm。本实用新型由单一的记忆合金板材平面切割后,经过加热成型为“V”形,然后经过热处理工艺,800℃淬火,500℃回火,温度处理到60℃以上,使其具有记忆性能和超弹性,在常温或者低温下安装在紧固件上,依靠螺母将变形部分压平,依靠超弹性或受热后的记忆恢复力,通过加压部位3的记忆恢复实施加压,支撑部位2撑开,使被紧固件可靠连接而不松动。

1.一种自加压弹性垫圈,垫圈本体为环状,其特征在于所述垫圈本体(1)以中轴线对称呈“V”形对折状,对折边为加压部位(3),张开边为支撑部位(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自加压弹性垫圈,其特征在于所述垫圈本体(1)的“V”形圆弧角度a为140°~160°,圆弧半径R为10~30mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的自加压弹性垫圈,其特征在于所述垫圈本体(1)采用记忆合金材料制成。
