背景技术
目前,在一些烟尘过滤温度较低的场合,如炼铁厂、垃圾焚烧厂、高炉煤气长等使用的过滤材料,其热稳定性、耐化学气体腐蚀性、过滤精度较差,使用寿命很低。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种耐高温、耐酸碱、腐蚀性强的PPS纤维阶梯度耐高温针刺毡。
为了解决以上的技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种PPS纤维阶梯度耐高温针刺毡,该PPS纤维阶梯度耐高温针刺毡为层状结构,在PPS纤维机织布的上下表面分别对称粘贴PPS纤维层、PPS混合纤维层,在PPS纤维层的上表面再粘贴一PPS细纤维层。
所述的PPS混合纤维层,是由两种不同直径的PPS纤维混合而成。
本实用新型的优越功效:
1)显著的耐温性,耐高温范围为160-190℃;
2)耐酸性、耐碱性和耐腐蚀性强,抗水解能力强;
3)纤维层孔径的结构成梯度变化,表层过滤与深层过滤相结合,过滤性能强,易清灰,运行阻力低;
4)摩擦性低,使用寿命长。

本实用新型提供了一种PPS纤维阶梯度耐高温针刺毡,该PPS纤维阶梯度耐高温针刺毡为层状结构,在PPS纤维机织布1的上下表面分别对称粘贴PPS纤维层2、PPS混合纤维层4,在PPS纤维层的上表面再粘贴一层PPS细纤维层3。PPS混合纤维层4,是由不同直径的两种PPS纤维混合而成,是直径为2.2dtex的PPS纤维与1.2dtex的PPS纤维以3:2的比例混合的纤维层,其中dtex为纤维的直径单位。
本实用新型的连续工作温度为170℃,瞬间工作温度为190℃,径向强力≥1000N/5×20cm,纬向强力≥1300N/5×20cm,径向断裂伸长率≤25%,纬向断裂伸长率≤45%,透气度8-10m3/m2·min,使用寿命可达3年。

1.一种PPS纤维阶梯度耐高温针刺毡,其特征在于:所述的PPS纤维阶梯度耐高温针刺毡为层状结构,在PPS纤维机织布的上下表面分别对称粘贴PPS纤维层、PPS混合纤维层,在PPS纤维层的上表面再粘贴一PPS细纤维层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PPS纤维阶梯度耐高温针刺毡,其特征在于:所述的PPS混合纤维层,是由不同直径的两种PPS纤维混合而成。
