本实用新型提供一种多单体铅酸蓄电池跨桥连体结构,由连成一体的左、右偏极柱和导电桥构成,位于蓄电池正、负极汇流排的正上方,左、右偏极柱由壳体内隔板隔开,间隙1~2mm,导电桥厚5~10mm,距壳体内隔板上方2~3mm。左、右偏极柱设计成半圆柱形,与导电桥垂直。该连体结构用于多单体电池的单体连接,内阻小,传输电流大,而且可靠性好,生产效率高,适应电动车、新型混合汽车的发展要求。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种多单体铅酸蓄电池跨桥连体结构,属铅酸蓄电池领域。
背景技术
随着电动车、新型混合汽车的发展,对铅酸蓄电池提出了多单体、高功率的使用要求,这就要求单体间连接可靠,大电流能力强,具有较好的耐短接性能。传统的多单体电池采用手工跨桥焊接或穿壁焊结构,手工焊接深度不均匀,导流面积小,易出现大电流充放电时跨桥焊接部分熔断而导致电池报废。穿壁焊接对极群要求较高,如果碰焊效果不好,传导的电流会减小,不能保证可靠性。因此对多单体电池结构提出了更高的改进要求。过去,由于电池采用手工装配生产,多单体连体结构无法实现,现在随着机械化程度的提高,多单体可同时装壳,为实现连体结构提供了技术设备保障。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有单体手工跨桥焊接或穿壁焊结构的不足之处,提供一种连接内阻小、传输电流大、生产效率高、可靠性好的多单体铅酸蓄电池跨桥连体结构。
本实用新型的技术方案是:多单体铅酸蓄电池跨桥连体结构中设有连成一体的左偏极柱、右偏极柱和导电桥,位于蓄电池正、负极汇流排的正上方,左、右偏极柱由壳体内隔板隔并,导电桥厚度在5~10mm,距壳体内隔板上方2-3mm。
上述左、右偏极柱与壳体内隔板平行,与导电桥垂直,导电桥与汇流排平行。
上述左、右偏极柱为半圆柱形,与壳体内隔板之间有1-2mm的间隙。
采用以上技术方案,多单体铅酸蓄电池跨桥连体结构克服了传统蓄电池单体连接采用手工焊接或穿壁焊结构的固有缺点,用于多单体电池的单体连接,使单体间传导电流的导流面积比原跨接焊或穿壁焊增加2倍以上,连接内阻减小1/3~1/2,传输电流比原来大2倍,而且该结构无变形,整个电池一次组装完成,适用于机械化生产,提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图所示,多单体铅酸蓄电池跨桥连体结构中,左偏极柱1、和导电桥3、右偏极柱4为连体结构,左偏极柱和右偏极柱由壳体内隔板2隔开,留有2mm空隙。半圆柱形的左、右偏极柱与壳体内隔板平行,与导电桥垂直,导电桥与左汇流排8、右汇流排5平行,导电桥厚6mm,距内隔板2上方3mm,左偏极柱与左汇流排8及左极群7焊接在一起,右偏极柱与右汇流排5及右极群6焊接在一起,实现电流的传输。本实用新型与传统的手工焊接或穿壁焊结构相比,减少了一次焊接,增加了连接可靠性,提高了生产效率,传导电流的面积增大2倍,可以承受1800A电流5分钟以上。

1.一种多单体铅酸蓄电池跨桥连体结构,其特征是该连体结构中设有连成一体的左偏极柱、右偏极柱和导电桥,连体结构位于蓄电池正、负极汇流排的正上方,左、右偏极柱由壳体内隔板隔开,导电桥厚度在5~10mm,距壳体内隔板上方2-3mm。
2.按权利要求1所述的多单体铅酸蓄电池跨桥连体结构,其特征是所述左、右偏极柱与壳体内隔板平行,与导电桥垂直,导电桥与汇流排平行。
3.按权利要求1所述的多单体铅酸蓄电池跨桥连体结构,其特征是所述左、右偏极柱为半圆柱形,与壳体内隔板之间有1-2mm间隙。
