Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种钢管连接接头，外壳为闭合的环形体，外壳的内侧设有环形槽，外壳两侧的立板上固定有导向板；密封胶筒置于外壳的环形槽内，在密封胶筒筒内设有对称的两道环形的膨涨腔，在第一道环形膨涨腔内还设置有支撑圈；使钢管连接速度快、密封效果好、并免去了传统的钢管焊接和法兰连接，由于在外壳两侧的立板上还固定有导向板，使钢管的连接更加方便，具有成本低、工作量小、维修方便的特点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种连接器，更具体地说是涉及一种钢管连接接头，适合于地面及地下铺设管网时的钢管连接。
背景技术
目前，油田、化工、煤气及供水等地面及地下铺设管网时的钢管连接，通常是采用焊接或法兰连接，成本高、工作量大、连接速度慢，同时属于硬连接，抗震性能差，给钢管的铺设施工带来了不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种钢管连接接头，当铺设管网时不仅钢管可直接方便地进行对接，而且不用焊接或法兰连接，成本低、工作量小、安装速度快、密封性好、使用寿命长、维修方便，由于属于软连接抗震性能强。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，它包括有外壳，其特征在于外壳为闭合的环形体，外壳的内侧设有环形槽，外壳两侧的立板上固定有导向板；密封胶筒置于外壳的环形槽内，在密封胶筒筒内设有对称的两道环形的膨涨腔，在第一道膨涨腔内还设置有支撑圈；所述导向板为弧形，在外壳的左右两侧呈斜对称状。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于外壳为闭合的环形体，密封胶筒置于外壳的环形槽内，并免去了焊接和法兰连接的麻烦，又由于在外壳两侧的立板上还固定有导向板，使钢管的连接安装速度快，同时膨涨腔内的支撑圈使钢管连接接头的使用寿命长、具有密封性能好、维修方便的特点。

具体实施方式
在图1、2中，外壳4用不锈钢制成闭合的圆环形，在外壳4的内侧设有环形槽。在外壳4的两侧分别设两个导向板，其中外壳4左侧的底部立板3上，焊接两个分开有一定角度的导向板12，导向板12与钢管2成匹配的弧形，在导向板12的下方的外壳立边3上还焊接一块与导向板12呈垂直状的筋板11。外壳4右侧的上部立板3上同样焊接两块弧形的带有筋板9的导向板10，外壳左右两侧的导向板呈斜对称状。密封胶筒6置于外壳4的环形槽内，在密封胶筒6内的筒壁上设有两道对称的环状膨涨腔5，在第一道膨涨腔内置入一个具有一定硬度和韧性的支撑圈13，用来增强密封胶筒6的密封性能。
当铺设钢管2时，在钢管连接接头的左端均匀的插卡上一组薄钢片制成的滑片1，用来防止钢管2的端口划伤密封胶筒6的内筒壁。再将钢管2的管口担放在钢管连接接头左下端的导向板12上，这时推动钢管连接接头使其套进钢管2的管口。将另一根钢管在钢管连接接头的右端口抬起，贴靠在导向板10上，顺导向板10***钢管连接接头内，留出涨缝7，最后将滑片1全部抽出。当钢管2架空连接时，也可在钢管2连接时，在一端钢管2的管内焊接三根加强板8，将焊有加强板8的钢管2先将加强板8插进连接器内，再将钢管2的管口担放在钢管连接接头左下端的导向板12上，这时推动连接器在托板12的引导下套进钢管2。再采用同样的方法将另一根钢管在钢管连接接头的另一端***连接器内，这时加强板8同步***另一根钢管内，留出涨缝7。由于在两根钢管接口处的管内插有加强板8，增加了钢管接口的抗弯强度。

1.一种钢管连接接头，它包括有外壳，其特征在于外壳为闭合的环形体，外壳的内侧设有环形槽，外壳两侧的立板上固定有导向板；密封胶筒置于外壳的环形槽内，在密封胶筒筒内设有对称的两道环形的膨涨腔，在第一道环形膨涨腔内还设置有支撑圈；所述导向板为弧形，在外壳的左右两侧呈斜对称状。
