Abstract

一种铂金通道热电偶测温装置,铂金通道径向穿过一个套管,在套管中设置热电偶。采用上述技术方案的本实用新型,采用一种非焊接的方式将热电偶置于铂金通道中,这样既不损伤铂金通道,又能准确的检测铂金通道的温度,从而准确地得到玻璃液的温度。

本实用新型涉及一种监测铂金通道温度的热电偶测温装置。
背景技术
在TFT-LCD玻璃基板生产中,料道使用了对玻璃无污染且能对玻璃均匀加热的铂金通道,并在铂金通道的管壁上焊接热电偶以检测玻璃液温度,并把检测信号反馈到该段的直接加热控制回路,以实现温度的精确控制。
但在正常的生产中,由于焊接热电偶的特性,在高温环境下,热电偶会逐步氧化,从而造成热电偶的检测温度失真,从而造成加热回路的紊乱,轻则造成玻璃液温度控制不精确,影响产品质量;重则增加铂金本体负荷,烧毁铂金通道本体或法兰,所以精确控制铂金通道热电偶温度对TFT-LCD玻璃基板生产意义重大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种热电偶监测温度准确、而且不损伤铂金通道的热电偶测温装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
铂金通道沿径向穿过一个套管,在套管中设置热电偶。
所述的套管为陶瓷套管。
所述的热电偶位于铂金通道的轴线上。
采用上述技术方案的本实用新型,采用一种非焊接的方式将热电偶置于铂金通道中,这样既不损伤铂金通道,又能准确的检测铂金通道的温度,从而准确地得到玻璃液的温度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,铂金通道1四周设置耐火砖4,耐火砖4的***采用保温砖5保温。本实用新型中,铂金通道1径向穿过一个陶瓷套管2,在陶瓷套管2中设置热电偶3,热电偶3位于铂金通道1的轴线上为最佳实施方式。

3.根据权利要求1所述的铂金通道热电偶测温装置,其特征在于:所述的热电偶(3)位于铂金通道(1)的轴线上。
