本实用新型公开了一种轴承锁止结构,包括轴承(1)和止动卡环(4),在所述轴承(1)外圈的外壁上设有一个台阶面(2),该台阶面(2)上套装有压板(5),所述压板(5)通过止动卡环(4)与轴承(1)外圈的台阶面(2)相配合,该止动卡环(4)位于所述台阶面上开设的卡环槽(3)内。本实用新型通过在轴承的外圈上增设压板来承担锁止时的轴向力,大大提高了轴承锁止的可靠性,具有设计巧妙、结构简单、组装容易、成本低廉等特点。

本实用新型涉及一种轴承,特别涉及轴承上的锁止结构。
背景技术
轴承是机械传动中的重要零部件。当轴承被使用在高温、密闭、复杂的环境中时,轴承的可靠性就尤为重要。传统轴承的锁止结构都是在轴承外圈的止动槽内装设止动卡环,靠止动卡环来完成轴承的锁止。但是止动卡环的环壁一般比较薄,当轴向力较大时,止动卡环容易在止动槽槽底处发生断裂,可靠性较差,并增加了维修成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种可靠性好的轴承锁止结构。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种轴承锁止结构,包括轴承(1)和止动卡环(4),其关键在于:在所述轴承(1)外圈的外壁上设有一个台阶面(2),该台阶面(2)上套装有压板(5),所述压板(5)通过止动卡环(4)与轴承(1)外圈的台阶面(2)相配合,该止动卡环(4)位于所述台阶面上开设的卡环槽(3)内。
采用以上技术方案,压板通过止动卡环定位在轴承上,这样轴承锁止时产生的轴向力主要由压板承担,该压板的壁厚较大,结构强度好,从而使得轴承锁止的可靠性大大提高。
为了简化结构、方便装配,使压板安装更牢靠,在所述止动卡环(4)的外壁上设有三个圆弧形的凸包(6),这三个凸包(6)按圆周均匀分布,并且各凸包(6)嵌入压板(5)上对应的凹坑(7)中。
所述压板(5)为三角形,这样造型简单、加工制作容易、成本低。
有益效果:本实用新型通过在轴承的外圈上增设压板来承担锁止时的轴向力,大大提高了轴承锁止的可靠性,具有设计巧妙、结构简单、组装容易、成本低廉等特点。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,本实用新型由轴承1、止动卡环4和压板5组成。在轴承1外圈的外壁上形成有一个台阶面2,该台阶面2的直径小于轴承1外圈的外径,并且台阶面2位于轴承1外圈的端部位置。在所述台阶面2上开设有一个卡环槽3,该卡环槽3内装有止动卡环4。所述止动卡环4是一个不封闭的圆环结构,在止动卡环4的外壁上设有三个圆弧形的凸包6,这三个凸包6按圆周均匀分布。
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,压板5为三角形,该压板5套装在轴承1外圈的台阶面2上。在压板5的内壁开有三个按圆周均匀分布的凹坑7,该凹坑7与止动卡环4上的凸包6一一对应,并且所述凸包6嵌入对应的凹坑7中。在止动卡环4的作用以及凸包6与凹坑7的配合下,压板5可靠地定位在轴承1上。

1.一种轴承锁止结构,包括轴承(1)和止动卡环(4),其特征在于:在所述轴承(1)外圈的外壁上设有一个台阶面(2),该台阶面(2)上套装有压板(5),所述压板(5)通过止动卡环(4)与轴承(1)外圈的台阶面(2)相配合,该止动卡环(4)位于所述台阶面上开设的卡环槽(3)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴承锁止结构,其特征在于:在所述止动卡环(4)的外壁上设有三个圆弧形的凸包(6),这三个凸包(6)按圆周均匀分布,并且各凸包(6)嵌入压板(5)上对应的凹坑(7)中。
