背景技术
在各种医药食品、塑料化工、原材物料等仓贮和物流过程中,通常需要用到塑料托盘。塑料托盘的种类比较多,有川字型塑料托盘、田字型塑料托盘等,川字型和田字型塑料托盘等多存在着一个相同的缺点,就是托盘不能上、下两面(双面)装载货物,在使用过程中存在诸多不便,因此,需要开发一种用于生产双面塑料托盘的模具。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用长、短抽芯滑块对碰结构,脱模容易,模具通用性好,结构简单,成本省,使用寿命长的双面塑料托盘注塑模具。
本实用新型双面塑料托盘注塑模具的技术方案是:包括模具上模板和下模板,上模板下安装垫块,垫块连接定模框,下模板上安装模脚,模脚内设置上顶板和下顶板,上、下顶板上连接顶杆,模脚上安装动模框,其特征在于所述的定模框内安装定模镶块,所述的动模框内安装动模镶块,定模镶块与动模镶块之间构成模腔,模腔中有成型的塑料托盘,塑料托盘中穿插交错对碰的长抽芯滑块和短抽芯滑块,长抽芯滑块和短抽芯滑块各自连接外滑镶块,各外滑镶块经工字块各自连接抽芯油缸。
本实用新型的双面塑料托盘注塑模具,在成型的塑料托盘中穿插交错对碰的长抽芯滑块和短抽芯滑块,长抽芯滑块和短抽芯滑块交错后呈井字形完全封闭,因此,每个长、短抽芯滑块的尺寸都是一样的,在模具装配时可任意安装在一个方位,安装方便,模具通用性好。脱模时,先由抽芯油缸拉动外滑镶块,再由外滑镶块带动各自连接的长抽芯滑块和短抽芯滑块从塑料托盘中抽出,形成塑料托盘的叉孔,再模具开模,由顶出机构带动上、下顶板上的顶杆将塑料托盘顶起,最后由人工将塑料托盘取出模具外,脱模完成。本方案采用长、短抽芯滑块对碰结构,脱模容易,模具通用性好,结构简单,成本省,使用寿命长。
