本实用新型涉及一种涡轮增压器的压气叶轮。 
背景技术
 近年来,由于柴油机向高性能、节能型、高效率方向发展,对涡轮增压器的结构紧凑性、外表美观性、安全可靠性都提出了更高的要求。压气叶轮是涡轮增压器中高速转动的主要零件,它与主轴连接的紧固性直接影响着涡轮增压器运行的安全性。 
现有的涡轮增压器的压气叶轮普遍采用锻铝2618或AlCuMgNi,以五轴联动的加工方式铣削而成,压气叶轮与主轴连接主要依靠轴端螺母进行锁紧。由于主轴偏于细长,其长径比约为10:1,在保证力矩合格的情况下,轴端螺母上施加的力会因为配合零件数量过多,导致其不能垂直作用在主轴的轴心线上,用力方向发生偏斜,使主轴产生弯曲弹性形变,当形变超过0.05mm时必将对主轴的高速运行产生重大影响,甚至可能导致轴承烧毁。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种主轴不会发生形变的涡轮增压器的压气叶轮。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,一种涡轮增压器的压气叶轮,包括叶轮和主轴,其特征在于:所述叶轮的小端孔与主轴为螺纹连接,所述叶轮的大端孔与主轴为过渡配合,所述螺纹连接和过渡配合之间为通孔。 
本实用新型具有如下有益效果,本实用新型将叶轮小端与主轴螺纹连接,叶轮大端与主轴过渡配合,叶轮与主轴同心效果好,保证了接触面与端面的垂直度;且零件数量可以减少,使得整个***的垂直度更加容易保证,减少了原来结构高速旋转产生的不平衡度,保证了使用过程的一致性。

具体实施方式
实施例,一种涡轮增压器的压气叶轮,包括叶轮1和主轴2,叶轮1的小端孔4与主轴2为螺纹连接,叶轮1的大端孔5与主轴2为过渡配合6,螺纹连接和过渡配合6之间为通孔。 
叶轮1的小端孔4在毛坯上加长5mm,小端孔4由孔改为内螺纹形式,叶轮1的大端孔5在8mm长的范围内提高加工精度,改原来的间隙配合为过渡配合6,在螺纹连接与过渡配合的中间段为通孔,与主轴2采用间隙配合。涡轮轴3螺纹出于配合需要,适当加长5mm即可。 
转子总成装配时,先将轴承定位部件装于主轴2上,再把叶轮1旋进主轴2,叶轮1与涡轮轴3配合加力旋入,直至叶轮1的端面与轴承定位部件的端面贴合,再施加一定力矩,使之紧固。

1.一种涡轮增压器的压气叶轮,包括叶轮(1)和主轴(2),其特征在于:所述叶轮(1)的小端孔(4)与主轴(2)为螺纹连接,所述叶轮(1)的大端孔(5)与主轴(2)为过渡配合(6),所述螺纹连接和过渡配合(6)之间为通孔。
