背景技术
在铜粉电解槽中,阴极板、阳极板交错排列,按工艺要求保持一定间距。现有的阴极板有一长一短两个挂耳,长挂耳端直接与导电铜排接触导电,短挂耳端不与导电铜排接触因此不导电。由于阴极板通常较簿(4-6mm),且两挂耳之间的距离由电解槽面的宽度确定,因此,导电面积由阴极板厚度与挂耳长度决定。由于阴极板较簿,挂耳与导电铜排接触截面积小,因此导致电解过程中挂耳发烫,降低了导电效率。
