现代大功率电源设备都是模块化嵌入式结构,功率模块在使用中经常需要增加、减少或调换其连接点。现有技术中通常采用闸刀式连接,由于闸刀式连接点数量多(通常是十几个点),在拆卸时不易插拔,并且闸刀式连接点接触面积小、电阻大、易发生高温等问题,对电源设备造成影响。

本实用新型的技术效果能够克服上述缺陷,提供一种大容量功率模块连接器,其解决了大功率电源模块之间的连接问题
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:大容量功率模块连接器,包括槽钢I、铜排I、槽钢II和铜排II,槽钢I与铜排I固定连接,槽钢II与铜排II固定连接,铜排I和铜排II面接触。
本实用新型的大容量功率模块连接器,可以将大容量功率模块方便连接、便捷拆卸。
铜排I和铜排II面接触处皆向上弯折,相对设置,面对面设置,增加了接触面积,提高了安全性,减少了接触处的损耗。
铜排I弯折处与槽钢I之间设有压缩的弹簧,压缩的弹簧给铜排I持续的弹力,能保证铜排I与铜排II之间的紧密接触。
本实用新型的大容量功率模块连接器优点在于:1.增大了接点的接触面积,从而增大了通过电流。2.减小了接触电阻。3.采用面接触式,拆卸很方便。

铜排I3和铜排II5面接触处皆向上弯折,相对设置。铜排I3弯折处与槽钢I1之间设有压缩的弹簧4。

1.一种大容量功率模块连接器,其特征在于,包括槽钢I(1)、铜排I(3)、槽钢II(2)和铜排II5),槽钢I(1)与铜排I(3)固定连接,槽钢II(2)与铜排II(5)固定连接,铜排I(3)和铜排II(5)面接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大容量功率模块连接器,其特征在于,铜排I(3)和铜排II(5)面接触处皆向上弯折,相对设置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的大容量功率模块连接器,其特征在于,铜排I(3)弯折处与槽钢I(1)之间设有压缩的弹簧(4)。
