本实用新型涉及钢卷吊运领域，尤其是一种热轧钢卷吊运专用工具。
背景技术
常规夹钳吊具吊运钢卷时，薄规格带钢卷成钢卷时，内、外圈存在不同程度的错层(塔形)，在吊运的过程中，夹钳直接与钢卷边部接触，错层部分的带钢边部在受力的情况下，容易变形边裂，产生废次品，影响带钢产品质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的技术任务是针对上述技术的不足，提供一种带有保护装置的夹钳吊运专用工具。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：包括保护装置，夹钳。保护装置直接焊接在夹钳两端内侧中部，避免钢卷内、外圈错层带钢边部直接与夹钳接触而受力产生变形，导致边部损伤，产生废次品。
本实用新型所能带来的有益效果是：
使用带有保护装置的夹钳，杜绝钢卷内外圈错层带钢边部损伤，减少因带钢边部损伤产生的废次品量，提高了产品质量，减少了产品质量异议，创造了较好的经济效益。

下面结合附图，对本实用新型做以下详细说明：
如图1所示，本实用新型包括夹钳本体1、保护装置2，保护装置2是直接焊接在夹钳两侧本体内侧中部。
如图2所示，在吊运时，夹钳本体1夹紧钢卷3时，钢卷3内圈与外圈之间中部与保护装置2接触，内、外圈带钢边部不与夹钳本体接触。

1.一种钢卷吊运专用工具，其特征在于：包括夹钳、保护装置，保护装置直接采用10mm厚、宽度100mm的钢板加工成圆弧状，焊接在夹钳两端内侧中部。
