背景技术
现有技术中在对螺孔的深度进行检测时通常只能肉眼观察,判断,而不能直接进行精确的测量。因此,只能判断合格还是不合格,很容易产生误差,从而造成工件废品。 
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于:提供一种螺孔深度检具,可以在深度游标尺的辅助下对螺孔的深度进行精确的测量。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案是这样的:一种螺孔深度检具,包括套筒和螺杆,所述套筒中空,所述螺杆螺纹连接于套筒内,且螺杆与套筒等长,螺杆的一端设有扁方段。 
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果是:可以在深度游标尺的辅助下对多种螺孔的有效深度进行精确的测量,从而提高产品合格率。

如图1、2、3、4所示,一种螺孔深度检具,包括套筒4和螺杆3,所述套筒4中空,所述螺杆3螺纹连接于套筒4内,且螺杆3与套筒4等长,均为L。 
螺杆3的一端设有扁方段,如图5所示。该扁方段用于旋入待测螺孔2比较吃力时使用扳手。 
在使用时,如果待测工件1上的待测螺孔2的有效深度为H,那么螺杆3能够旋入待测螺孔2的长度也为H,螺杆3在套筒4内的长度即为L-H。套筒4内未被螺杆3填满的长度为H,刚好是待测螺孔2的有效深度。这样待测螺孔2的有效深度就被等量置换到套筒4内。然后,直接用深度标尺测量出套筒4内未被螺杆3填满的长度即可。
