技术领域
本实用新型属塑料机械行业中用于塑料管材与塑料板片材的收卷机,尤其涉及一种收卷机用控制装置。
技术背景
目前,公知的塑料管材与塑料板片材收卷机的控制模式大概有两种:一是控制电机转速,二是控制电机的输出转矩。常规的控制电机转速的控制模式以三相异步电机为动力,用普通变频器来调节收卷速度,普通变频器只能用于交流电机开环调速,电机转矩不可控,不具有力矩电机的功能。另一种是控制电机的输出转矩的控制模式,它以力矩电机为动力,由力矩控制器调节电压来改变力矩大小,力矩电机的机械特性较软,当设定转矩大于或小于负载转矩时,电机会自动加速或减速。在使用力矩电机时,其转速范围的选择很重要,在力矩电机(1/3-2/3)的转速范围内,收卷效果最为理想,但当力矩电机低速运转时,其效率很低,不利于作长期低速运行。一台设备不可能生产单一的品种规格,当材料和规格更换时,收卷时所需的张力和速度变化较大。如果过大的输出力矩使用在较小的负载设备上,将使电机的输入电压降的很低,就会使收卷精度变差。而且力矩电机因为人为操作不当或者堵转时间过长以及力矩电机***发热,很容易损坏力矩电机。上述两种控制模式在生产过程中都存在不足,影响了正常生产和卷曲的制品质量。
发明内容
本实用新型针对以上不足,提供了一种无论转速高低,电压高低均能保证了良好收卷效果的收卷机用控制装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本装置包括变频电机、编码器、带张力控制的变频器,变频电机上带编码器,变频电机与带张力控制的变频器相联,编码器与带张力控制的变频器相联,带张力控制的变频器根据反馈信号调整输出频率。变频电机为动力源,收卷时收卷直径大小改变通过专用变频电机自带的编码器反馈给带张力的变频控制器,带张力控制的变频控制器保证在张力一定的条件下,自动调整收卷速度。
本实用新型的有益效果:其转矩控制精度高于力矩电机,无论转速高低,电压高低均能保证了良好的收卷效果。同时该控制电路对电机的保护功能完善,使用和维护方便。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本装置包括变频电机1、编码器2、带张力控制的变频器3,变频电机1上带编码器2,变频电机1与带张力控制的变频器3相联,编码器2与带张力控制的变频器3相联,带张力控制的变频器3根据反馈信号调整输出频率。变频电机1为动力源,收卷时收卷直径大小改变通过专用变频电机1自带的编码器2反馈给带张力的变频控制器3,带张力控制的变频控制器3保证在张力一定的条件下,自动调整收卷速度。

1.收卷机用控制装置,其特征在于:包括变频电机、编码器、带张力控制的变频器,变频电机上带编码器,变频电机与带张力控制的变频器相联,编码器与带张力控制的变频器相联,带张力控制的变频器根据反馈信号调整输出频率。
