背景技术
电火花机床在模具制造中广泛应用于型腔及型孔的加工。国内现有电火花机床采用十字工作台型的机械结构,这种结构有以下缺陷:a、实现了主轴头和回转台的回转,回转工作台呈水平方向,不便于工件的加工;主轴头不能从工作处移开,不便于夹装工装;立柱竖直放置、加工时不便于排屑;主轴头结构复杂,精度低,其结构不尽合理,使用效果差。当工作台负重过大时,影响加工灵敏度。b、在工作台作纵横向运动时,由于受工件重量、力矩、机床刚性等因素影响,机床的运动精度变化较大,特别在当工作台运动到接近正负极限位置时,精度的变化尤为明显,无法满足高端用户的技术要求。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种加工合理,工作性能好的电火花轮胎模具专用机床。 
本实用新型的技术解决方案是: 
一种电火花轮胎模具专用机床,其特征是:包括机架,机架上装立柱,立柱上装可沿立柱上下移动的斜臂,斜臂与立柱呈20°夹角,斜臂上装可在横臂上上下转动的伺服头,伺服头上装电火花切割刀,在机架上装床头箱,床头箱中主轴与床头箱外的工件卡盘连接,工件 卡盘与伺服头相对设置。 
主轴采用蜗轮蜗杆消隙装置。 
本实用新型加工合理,提高电火花机床的综合使用效果。工作台竖直设置,便于工件装夹主轴采用蜗轮蜗杆消隙装置,提高加工精度;斜臂与立柱导轨竖直方向呈20°倾斜设计,结构合理,极大地提高电火花轮胎模具专用机床的加工精度和效率。

一种电火花轮胎模具专用机床,包括机架1,机架上装立柱6,立柱上装可沿立柱上下移动的斜臂7,斜臂与立柱呈20°夹角,斜臂上装可在横臂上上下转动的伺服头5,伺服头上装电火花切割刀8,在机架上装床头箱3,床头箱中主轴与床头箱外的工件卡盘4连接,工件卡盘与伺服头相对设置。主轴采用蜗轮蜗杆消隙装置。图中还有盖壳2。

1.一种电火花轮胎模具专用机床,其特征是:包括机架,机架上装立柱,立柱上装可沿立柱上下移动的斜臂,斜臂与立柱呈20°夹角,斜臂上装可在横臂上上下转动的伺服头,伺服头上装电火花切割刀,在机架上装床头箱,床头箱中主轴与床头箱外的工件卡盘连接,工件卡盘与伺服头相对设置。
