本实用新型属于物料混合装置，尤其是涉及一种带有自动计量功能、方便控制的物料混合装置。
背景技术
在现有的技术中物料混合装置，需要在物料混合前对组分分别进行计量，再进行混合操作。在物料人工计量过程中常会出现误差以及操作引起的物料的耗损，使物料混合出现误差，并且操作复杂，费时费力，工作效率低等技术问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、操作方便、混合效果好的一种自动计量物料混合装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种自动计量物料混合装置，包括称重台、混合桶、加料泵、循环管道、电机、自动计量显示装置，所述称重台与自动计量显示装置相连，并置于混合桶的底部，所述循环管道通过电机连接混合桶的上部与下部，所述加料泵与混合桶管道相连。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是：由于采用上述技术方案，物料混合均匀，且方便物料添加量的控制，实现自动化操作，提高了生产效率。

如图1所示，本实用新型的技术方案：
一种自动计量物料混合装置，包括称重台1、混合桶2、加料泵3、循环管道4、电机5、自动计量显示装置6，所述称重台1与自动计量显示装置6相连，并置于混合桶2的底部，所述循环管道4通过电机5连接混合桶2的上部与下部，所述加料泵3与混合桶2管道相连。
本实例的工作过程：
将混合物料所需的组分，逐一通过加料泵3加入到混合桶2中，根据每种组分所需质量，监测自动计量显示装置6，控制所添加的质量，在组分添加的同时，打开与混合桶2管道相连的电机5，使混合桶2中的物料从底部输送到顶部，形成循环回路，令其混合均匀，当物料混合结束后可以通过出料口流出。
