背景技术：熔炼搅拌机是用于铜水熔化过程中的搅拌。传统的铜水熔化过程中的加工方式是人工搅拌的，存在着合金成份搅拌不均匀、产品质量得不到保证、人工搅拌操作在高炉口极不安全和劳动强度大的问题。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种熔炼搅拌机，它能克服传统的铜水熔化过程中加工方式所存在的问题。本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，熔炼搅拌机，包括立柱、变速箱、搅拌头所组成，其特征在于：立柱上套有横梁，横梁的左顶端设置有搅拌电机，搅拌电机下方设置有搅拌头，横梁的右顶端设置有横梁旋转电机；立柱的顶端从下至上分别设置有变速箱、升降电机；所述的变速箱上设置的齿条，与横梁上设置的齿轮相啮合，由升降电机带动使横梁上、下移动。本实用新型解决了铜水熔化过程中人工搅拌所存在的问题。产品质量得到了保证，提高了生产率，降低了工人的劳动强度。

具体实施方式：下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明；
熔炼搅拌机，包括立柱7、变速箱5、搅拌头1所组成，其特征在于：立柱7上套有横梁3，横梁3的左顶端设置有搅拌电机2，搅拌电机2下方设置有搅拌头1，横梁3的右顶端设置有横梁旋转电机6；立柱7的顶端从下至上分别设置有变速箱5、升降电机4；所述的变速箱5上设置的齿条，与横梁3上设置的齿轮相啮合，由升降电机4带动使横梁3上、下移动。具体实施时，采用特殊耐高温搅拌头配以低速防爆搅拌电机实现转动，由升降电机通过变速箱经齿轮齿条实现横梁上下升降，通过横梁旋转电机实现同一炉台上两台铜水熔炼炉共用一台熔炼搅拌机搅拌，大大降低了劳动力及劳动强度。

1.熔炼搅拌机，包括立柱(7)、变速箱(5)、搅拌头(1)所组成，其特征在于：立柱(7)上套有横梁(3)，横梁(3)的左顶端设置有搅拌电机(2)，搅拌电机(2)下方设置有搅拌头(1)，横梁(3)的右顶端设置有横梁旋转电机(6)；立柱(7)的顶端从下至上分别设置有变速箱(5)、升降电机(4)；所述的变速箱(5)上设置的齿条，与横梁(3)上设置的齿轮相啮合，由升降电机(4)带动使横梁(3)上、下移动。
