本实用新型公开了一种易于维护的LED路灯灯板,包含有基板(1)和若干LED灯珠(2),基板采用层状结构,在基材层(3)上设置有导线层,其特征在于:导线层由若干导线段(4)构成,每个导线段(4)两端电连接有LED引脚焊盘(5),LED灯珠(2)的引脚焊接在引脚焊盘(5)上,每个引脚焊盘(5)上还设置有插接孔(6),这种LED路灯灯板,虽为标准化器件,但能兼顾灯珠排布的灵活性,而且具有维护方便的优点。

本实用新型涉及LED灯具领域,尤其涉及一种LED路灯灯板。
背景技术
LED作为新一代光源,具有节能、耐用、无污染等诸多优点,利用LED作为光源的各种照明器具被广泛的应用在通讯、交通、照明等诸多领域,现有的LED路灯主要由灯壳、灯罩、金属散热件、灯板、驱动电源电路组成,其中灯板由带有印刷电路层的基板和焊接在其上的LED灯珠组成,由于LED灯珠有采用串联的方式连接,而且与基板焊接固定,不仅LED灯珠的排布方式受基板限制较大,而且维护困难。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种易于维护的LED路灯灯板,不仅具有较强的灵活性,可根据具体照明环境调整灯珠排布,而且维护方便。
本实用新型采用以下技术方案加以实现:易于维护的LED路灯灯板,包含有基板和若干LED灯珠,基板采用层状结构,在基材层上设置有导线层,导线层由若干导线段构成,每个导线段两端电连接有LED引脚焊盘,LED灯珠的引脚焊接在引脚焊盘上,每个引脚焊盘上还设置有插接孔。
进一步的技术方案是,所述导线段网格状交叉阵列排布。
采用这种结构的LED路灯灯板,是一种带有富余设计的标准化照明器件,其导线层由若干导线段构成,可根据设计需要灵活的选择灯珠通路;而且通过插孔式的焊盘形式,可以方便的调整;当灯珠发生故障的时候,可以方便的替换灯珠或者插接导线对故障灯珠进行避绕,维护方便。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步阐述。
如图1所示,LED路灯灯板的基板1采用层状结构,在基材层3上网格状交叉排布有若干导线段4,所有的导线段共同充当灯板的导线层,每个导线段两端均固定连接有LED引脚焊盘5,引脚焊盘5可为圆形、条形,与导线段4电连通,而且引脚焊盘5上形成有插接孔6,有绝缘封盖层覆盖在导线层上,引脚焊盘5穿出绝缘封盖层,凸显在基板1的上表面,若干LED灯珠2根据设计的排布形态分布在基板1上,LED灯珠2的引脚焊接在引脚焊盘5上,并不遮挡插接孔6,插接孔的形状以与LED灯珠引脚或导线的形状相适应为宜。

1.易于维护的LED路灯灯板,包含有基板(1)和若干LED灯珠(2),基板采用层状结构,在基材层(3)上设置有导线层,其特征在于:导线层由若干导线段(4)构成,每个导线段(4)两端电连接有LED引脚焊盘(5),LED灯珠(2)的引脚焊接在引脚焊盘(5)上,每个引脚焊盘(5)上还设置有插接孔(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述易于维护的LED路灯灯板,其特征在于,所述导线段(4)网格状交叉阵列排布。
