Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种平均压掣力的雨刷结构,用以结合一驱动刷臂,雨刷结构包括主刷架、一对副刷架、复数组扣接架、及雨刷条,主刷架包含用以结合驱动刷臂的固定座,该对副刷架设置在主刷架两端,各副刷架包含弹性片体及固定在弹性片体的枢接座,枢接座枢接在主刷架上,该些组扣接架平均设置在每一个副刷架上,各扣接架组包含一压掣翼及设置在压掣翼上的复数扣接框片,雨刷条穿设该些扣接框片而结合在该些压掣翼下方;据此使雨刷平均地压掣玻璃,以刮除玻璃上的雨水。

平均压掣力的雨刷结构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种装设于汽车玻璃面的雨刷结构。 
背景技术
一般汽车用的雨刷组设于汽车玻璃的外侧面,该雨刷连接一汽车驱动臂,通过该汽车驱动臂而施加作用力于雨刷,并带动雨刷在玻璃面上反复摆动。由于雨刷用来括除附着于汽车挡风玻璃上的雨水、雾气或污泥,以维持驾驶人良好的视线,并提高驾驶人行车的安全。因此,良好的雨刷结构需密实地贴接、并平均地压掣在汽车玻璃上,故如何提升雨刷的弹性压掣力,并平均地压掣在汽车的挡风玻璃上,使雨刷条与挡风玻璃之间保持密实地接合,进而达到确实刮除雨水的目的,以具备良好的刮水功能。 
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于提供一种平均压掣力的雨刷结构,其提升雨刷的弹性压掣力,并平均地压掣在汽车的挡风玻璃上,以使雨刷条与挡风玻璃之间保持密实地接合。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:一种平均压掣力的雨刷结构,用以结合一驱动刷臂,该雨刷结构包括:一主刷架,包含用以结合所述驱动刷臂的一固定座;一对副刷架,设置在该主刷架两端,各该副刷架包含一弹性片体及固定在该弹性片体的一枢接座,该枢接座枢接在该主刷架上;复数组扣接架,该些组扣接架平均设置在每一个副刷架上,各该扣接架组包含一压掣翼及设置在该压掣翼上的复数扣接框片;以及一雨刷条,穿设该些扣接框片而结合在该些压掣翼下方。 
进一步,该固定座具有一枢接轴,该枢接轴结合有所述驱动刷臂。 
进一步,该主刷架更包含有连接在该固定座二侧端的一组固定臂,该枢接座结合在该固定臂上。 
进一步,该副刷架更包含有一组穿杆,该组穿杆分别穿设该枢接座及该固定臂,以将该对副刷架结合在该组固定臂。 
进一步,该固定臂设有一第一枢孔,该枢接座对应设有一第二枢孔,该穿杆穿设在该第一枢孔及该第二枢孔中。 
进一步,该枢接座包含对接在该弹性片体二侧边的一第一穿接座及一第二穿接座,该第一穿接座及该第二穿接座分别设有可供穿设该穿杆的一穿孔。 
进一步,该第一穿接座设有一第一穿槽,该第二穿接座设有一第二穿槽,该第一穿槽及该第二穿槽分别定位在该弹性片体的二侧边。 
进一步,该组扣接架更包含有复数定位块,该弹性片体设有复数第一穿槽,各该压掣翼对应设有一第二穿槽,该定位块穿设该第二穿槽,并抵掣在该第一穿槽中。 
进一步,该压掣翼呈拱状,该压掣翼的中间高于该压掣翼的二侧边。 
进一步,该扣接框片包含一U型框及成型在该U型框内侧的一组限位片,该雨刷条滑接在该组限位片的内侧。 
进一步,其中该雨刷条包含一固持段及连接该固持段的一刷拭段,该固持段沿着该组限位片而穿经该U型框,该刷拭段凸露在该U型框外。 
本实用新型达到的技术效果如下:本实用新型将一对副刷架设置在主刷架两端,另将复数组扣接架平均设置在每一个副刷架上,最后将雨刷条结合在扣接架上,据此,当驱动刷臂带动主刷架摆动,并施力于其上时,及扣接架会将压掣力平均在雨刷条上;再者,通过该对副刷架及扣接架的弹性变形力,可使雨刷条与挡风玻璃之间保持密实地接合,以达到具备良好刮水功能的雨刷结构。

具体实施方式
请参照图1及图2,分别为本实用新型平均压掣力的雨刷结构的立体外观示意图及立体分解示意图;本实用新型为一种可平均压掣力的雨刷结构,该雨刷1包括一主刷架10、一对副刷架20、复数组扣接架30、及一雨刷条40。 
该主刷架10包含一固定座11,该固定座11具有一枢接轴110,本实施例中,该主刷架10更包括有连接在该固定座11二侧端的一组固定臂12,该两固 定臂12分别设有一第一枢孔120。 
该对副刷架20设置在该主刷架10两端,各该副刷架20包含一弹性片体21、固定在该弹性片体21的一枢接座22及一组穿杆23。该弹性片体21由金属所制成而具有弹性变形力,该枢接座22枢接在该主刷架10上,于本实施例中,该枢接座22结合在该固定臂12上,该组穿杆23分别穿设该枢接座22及该固定臂12,以将该对副刷架20结合在该组固定臂12上。本实施例中,该枢接座22对应该第一枢孔120而设有一第二枢孔220,该组穿杆23分别穿设该枢接座22及该固定臂12,又即,该穿杆23穿设在该第一枢孔120及该第二枢孔中220,以将该对副刷架20结合在该组固定臂12上。 
该些组扣接架30平均设置在每一个副刷架20上,又即,每一个副刷架20上设置有相同数量的扣接架30。于本实施例中,每一个副刷架20设置有二组扣接架30(但不以此为限),此二组扣接架30分别设于该副刷架20的两端,各扣接架30包含一压掣翼31及设置在该压掣翼31上的复数扣接框片32。再者,该雨刷条40由橡胶所制成,该雨刷条40穿设该些扣接框片32而结合在该些压掣翼31下方。 
请续参照图3至图6,分别为本实用新型的副刷架与扣接架的立体分解图、副刷架与扣接架组合后的立体外观示意图、及雨刷的两组合剖视图;该副刷架20的枢接座22包含对接在该弹性片体21两侧边的第一穿接座221及第二穿接座222,该第一穿接座221及该第二穿接座222分别设有可供穿设该穿杆23的一穿孔220,且该第一穿接座221设有一第一穿槽2210,该第二穿接座222设有一第二穿槽2220,该第一穿槽2210及该第二穿槽2220分别定位在该弹性片体21的二侧边,再通过该穿杆23,以将该枢接座22枢接在该固定臂12底面。 
更详细地说明该组扣接架30的组设,该压掣翼31呈拱状,该压掣翼31的中间高于该压掣翼31的二侧边,该扣接框片32包含一U型框321及成型在该U型框321内侧的一组限位片322,该雨刷条40滑接在该组限位片322的内侧,该雨刷条40包含一固持段41及连接该固持段41的一刷拭段42,该固持段41沿着该组限位片322而穿经该U型框321,该刷拭段42则是凸露在该U 型框321外,据以将该雨刷条40结合在该些组扣接架30上。 
此外,该组扣接架30更包含有复数定位块33,该弹性片体21设有复数第一穿槽210,各该压掣翼31对应设有一第二穿槽310,该定位块33穿设该第二穿槽310,并抵掣在该第一穿槽210中,以将该组扣接架30固定在该弹性片体21底面。 
请再参照图7,为本创作之雨刷的应用示意图;本实用新型的雨刷1用以结合一驱动刷臂2,该驱动刷臂2固定在该主刷架10的枢接轴110上,以使该驱动刷臂2带动该雨刷1;再者,该雨刷1的外部可另结合有一保护套50,以保护该雨刷1的组设结构。 
以上所述,仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并非用于限定本实用新型的保护范围。 

Claims (7)

1.一种平均压掣力的雨刷结构,用以结合一驱动刷臂,其特征在于,该雨刷结构包括:一主刷架,包含用以结合所述驱动刷臂的一固定座;
一对副刷架,设置在该主刷架两端,各该副刷架包含一弹性片体及固定在该弹性片体的一枢接座,该枢接座枢接在该主刷架上;
复数组扣接架,该些组扣接架平均设置在每一个副刷架上,各该扣接架组包含一压掣翼及设置在该压掣翼上的复数扣接框片;以及
一雨刷条,穿设该些扣接框片而结合在该些压掣翼下方。
2.如权利要求所述的平均压掣力的雨刷结构,其特征在于,该固定座具有一枢接轴,该枢接轴结合有所述驱动刷臂。
3.如权利要求1所述的平均压掣力的雨刷结构,其特征在于,该主刷架更包含有连接在该固定座二侧端的一组固定臂,该枢接座结合在该固定臂上。
4.如权利要求3所述的可平均压掣力的雨刷结构,其特征在于,该副刷架更包含有一组穿杆,该组穿杆分别穿设该枢接座及该固定臂,以将该对副刷架结合在该组固定臂。
5.如权利要求4所述的平均压掣力的雨刷结构,其特征在于,该固定臂设有一第一枢孔,该枢接座对应设有一第二枢孔,该穿杆穿设在该第一枢孔及该第二枢孔中。
6.如权利要求4所述的平均压掣力的雨刷结构,其特征在于,该枢接座包含对接在该弹性片体二侧边的一第一穿接座及一第二穿接座,该第一穿接座及该第二穿接座分别设有可供穿设该穿杆的一穿孔。
7.如权利要求6所述的平均压掣力的雨刷结构,其特征在于,该第一穿接座设有一第一穿槽,该第二穿接座设有一第二穿槽,该第一穿槽及该第二穿槽分别定位在该弹性片体的二侧边。
