热轧坯料剪切落料翻板装置,包括后辊道、翻板机构、液压剪切机所组成。装置右边机座上设置有由变频调速电机带动的前辊道,前辊道与液压剪切机相连;所述的液压剪切机上设置有自动挡板,自动挡板的下方设置有废料收集箱,废料收集箱的左边设置有机座,机座上面设置有后辊道,后辊道的上面设置有翻板机构;所述的翻板机构是由翻板液压油缸上的曲轴与翻板用铰链连接,由后辊道支撑,带动翻板翻转堆垛、平放。本实用新型实现了铜锭连续轧制坯料连续输送剪切落料翻板的目的,降低了劳动强度,改善了工作环境,提高了生产效率,加快坯料周转速度,减少了人工强度。

背景技术:热轧坯料剪切落料翻板装置,主要用于实现完成铜锭连续轧制坯料、连续输送剪切、落料、翻板的工序。传统的加工铜锭热轧坯料、剪切、落料、翻板的工序,都是工序分开进行,占用场地大,环境脏、乱、差,每个工序完成后,需操作工拖到另一个工序的场地操作,劳动量大,人工多,耗时又费力,生产率低,成本高。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种热轧坯料剪切落料翻板装置,它能克服以上传统的加工方法所存在的问题。本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,热轧坯料剪切落料翻板装置,包括后辊道、翻板机构、液压剪切机所组成,其特征在于:装置右边机座上设置有由变频调速电机带动的前辊道,前辊道与液压剪切机相连;所述的液压剪切机上设置有自动挡板,自动挡板的下方设置有废料收集箱,废料收集箱的左边设置有机座,机座上面设置有后辊道,后辊道的上面设置有翻板机构;所述的翻板机构是由翻板液压油缸上的曲轴与翻板用铰链连接,由后辊道支撑,带动翻板翻转堆垛、平放。本实用新型用于实现铜锭连续轧制坯料连续输送剪切落料翻板,降低劳动强度,改善工作环境,提高生产效率,加快坯料周转速度,减少了人工。

具体实施方式:下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明;
热轧坯料剪切落料翻板装置,包括后辊道1、翻板机构2、液压剪切机3所组成,其特征在于:装置右边机座上设置有由变频调速电机带动的前辊道7,前辊道7与液压剪切机3相连;所述的液压剪切机3上设置有自动挡板4,自动挡板4的下方设置有废料收集箱5,废料收集箱5的左边设置有机座,机座上面设置有后辊道1,后辊道1的上面设置有翻板机构2;所述的翻板机构2是由翻板液压油缸6上的曲轴与翻板用铰链连接,由后辊道1支撑,带动翻板翻转堆垛、平放。具体实施时,前辊道、后辊道输送采用PLC程序控制器控制,由变频调速电机带动,并实现与轧机轧速相匹配,液压剪切机自动控制调节挡板与输送速度实现同步并自动落料,剪切废料进入废料收集箱,光电开关检测实现自动翻板堆垛。

1.热轧坯料剪切落料翻板装置,包括后辊道(1)、翻板机构(2)、液压剪切机(3)所组成,其特征在于:装置右边机座上设置有由变频调速电机带动的前辊道(7),前辊道(7)与液压剪切机(3)相连;所述的液压剪切机(3)上设置有自动挡板(4),自动挡板(4)的下方设置有废料收集箱(5),废料收集箱(5)的左边设置有机座,机座上面设置有后辊道(1),后辊道(1)的上面设置有翻板机构(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热轧坯料剪切落料翻板装置,其特征在于:所述的翻板机构(2)是由翻板液压油缸(6)上的曲轴与翻板用铰链连接,由后辊道(1)支撑,带动翻板翻转堆垛、平放。
