本实用新型主要涉及柴油机零部件领域，具体的说一种带密封圈的飞轮壳。
背景技术
柴油机飞轮壳的密封一般采用的是纸质垫片密封方式，飞轮壳与机体之间两个面的密封要求较高，造成了飞轮壳与机体密封面的漏油现象较多。同时柴油机维修不便，密封垫粘附在机体上，需要把残留的垫片铲除干净，否则在更换后会再次出现漏油现象。
实用新型内容
为了解决柴油机飞轮与机体密封面的漏油现象，本实用新型提供了一种带密封圈的飞轮壳。
本实用新型采用的技术方案：
一种带密封圈的飞轮壳，包括飞轮壳本体，所述飞轮壳本体上设有数个螺纹安装孔，所述飞轮壳本体的一侧密封端面上设有一圈环形的凹槽，所述凹槽内嵌入有密封圈，所述密封圈不完全内嵌于凹槽，向外伸出一部分。
所述密封圈材料为丁腈橡胶，或者为其他密封材料。

本实用新型通过密封圈密封的飞轮壳结构设计，结构简单。密封圈密封性能好，且有自密封作用，密封性能可靠，互换性强，安装更换都比较容易，可在同类柴油机产品中进行推广。
