目前,生产粉末涂料过程中,当将原料卸入位于地下的料仓时,通常采用的方法是,从进料口处直接将原料倒入,常会导致粉末逸散到空气中,不仅造成了空气污染、原料损失而且影响工作人员身体健康。

根据以上现有技术中的不足,本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种解决了上述缺陷的,减少了空气污染,节约了原料,且保证了工作人员身体健康的卸料站。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:所述的卸料站,包括位于地下的料仓,料仓顶部开有进料口,其特征在于:还包括圆柱形进料管,圆柱形进料管安装在进料口处,底部与料仓相通。
所述的圆柱形进料管的顶部设有盖板。不使用时可将盖板盖上,防止料仓中的粉尘漏出。
使用时,将需要加入的物料装入料斗内,随后用小车将料斗推至圆柱形进料管上方,使料斗底部出口与圆柱形进料管的顶部入口对准,抽出料斗出口处的遮挡板,即可开始卸料。
