技术领域
本实用新型涉及模具中的一种单杆斜顶冷却的水套结构，具体地说是在模具制造中为解决单杆斜顶冷却提供一种新型的水套结构。
背景技术
在注塑工业迅猛发展的今天，塑料制品的表面要求也越来越高；同时为了节约成本，注塑周期也越来越短，这样注塑模具的冷却均匀就更加重要了。目前模具采用的结构中包括成型部分、导向部分、滑动部分、冷却部分。
在注塑模具的设计中，经常遇到单杆斜顶冷却水路难以设计的现象，通常会通过放大斜顶的尺寸，做成双杆斜顶来解决冷却问题。然而，在单杆斜顶中经常遇到由于斜顶底部尺寸比较小，没有位置安装两根导向杆，也就没有办法形成冷却水路的一进一出。在斜顶没有位置放大的这种情况下，只能放弃冷却设计。但在长期生产过程中会遇到斜顶笨重，或模具局部区域温度偏高的问题。因此，为更好地解决单杆斜顶冷却的问题，有效地保证模具的后期正常生产，需要提供一种可靠又简单的单杆斜顶冷却的新型水套结构。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决上述问题，提供一种单杆斜顶冷却的新型水套结构，有效地保证模具的后期正常生产。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种单杆斜顶冷却的水套结构，包括斜顶(1)、导向杆(5)、导向套一(2)、导向套二(4)、衬套(3)、卡簧(9)、固定销(10)、斜顶滑座(8)、滑动块(13)、喷淋水管(12)、水套(6)、O型圈一(14)、O型圈二(15)、水管接头(7)；其特征是喷淋水管(12)安置于导向杆(5)中，导向杆(5)的底端用螺钉(16)和水套(6)、滑动块(13)固定连接在一起，且用O型圈一(14)、O型圈二(15)密封，导向杆(5)和水套(6)之间设置有止转块一(18)，水套(6)与滑动块(13)之间设置有止转块二(17)。通过O型圈一(14)、O型圈二(15)导向杆(5)的冷却水路引入到水套(6)上的冷却水路，且保证有足够的空间安装水管接头(7)，同时不影响与滑动块(13)的螺钉(16)连接。此结构不会给模具制造带来很大的工作量，但可避免上述传统结构所发生的问题，且可靠实用。

附图1为本实用新型的一个实施例，它包括斜顶1、导向杆5、导向套一2、导向套二4、衬套3、卡簧9、固定销10、斜顶滑座8、滑动块13、喷淋水管12、水套6、O型圈一14、O型圈二15、水管接头7；喷淋水管12安置于导向杆5中，导向杆5的底端用螺钉16和水套6、滑动块13固定连接在一起，且用O型圈一14、O型圈二15密封，导向杆5和水套6之间设置有止转块一18，水套6与滑动块13之间设置有止转块二17。
通过O型圈一14、O型圈二15导向杆5的冷却水路引入到水套6上的冷却水路，且保证有足够的空间安装水管接头7，同时不影响与滑动块13的螺钉16连接。
此结构安全可靠，加工难度小，缩短了模具的制造时间，可避免上述传统结构所发生的问题，且可靠实用。
