本实用新型涉及一种门板，尤其是涉及橱柜家具用的门板结构。
背景技术
橱柜等家具的门板多使用中纤板或实木板。为增加其表面颜色多样性，往往在中纤板经过铣型后，表面吸塑PVC，形成表面带有PVC的门板结构。PVC板的特点在于其材料的颜色丰富，选择性广，同时可以吸塑在多种造型的中纤板外。但是由于这种门板多为单面吸塑，受自身应力作用容易发生变形，造成门板表面出现皱褶或翘起，影响使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种不易变形、造型美观的PVC铝型材门板结构。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种PVC铝型材门板结构，包括表面吸塑有PVC层的中芯板，沿所述中芯板的一边设有铝型材扣手，另三边分别设有铝型材封边。
中芯板表面吸塑有PVC层，可以形成各种丰富的表面图案，在中芯板周边设有铝型材的封边和扣手，可以强化整体结构，克服内应力作用，避免PVC层变形，整体造型美观新颖。
所述铝型材封边和铝型材扣手之间通过转角螺钉连接。提高整体结构强度。
所述铝型材扣手上嵌设有吸塑有PVC层的装饰板。配合整体造型特点，提高产品的视觉效果。
本实用新型的优点是：结构简单，整体强度高，不易发生变形，整体视觉效果美观新颖。

参阅图1-2，一种PVC铝型材门板结构，包括表面吸塑有PVC层2的中芯板1，沿中芯板1的一边设有铝型材扣手4，另三边分别设有铝型材封边3。铝型材封边3和铝型材扣手4之间通过转角螺钉6连接。铝型材扣手4上嵌设有吸塑有PVC层8的装饰板7。扣手4上设有凹槽部7，方便手伸入拉动。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的PVC铝型材门板结构，其特征在于：所述铝型材扣手上嵌设有吸塑有PVC层的装饰板。
