参见图1,为目前市场上的同类产品,虽有铝箔麦拉带绕包,但铝金属面不闭合,致使电线的电磁场不闭合,抗电磁干扰性能(EMI)不良,影响信号传输。

为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种抗电磁干扰性能(EMI)优良,信号传输良好的铝箔麦拉带短接绕包结构。
本实用新型的铝箔麦拉带短接绕包结构,包括缆芯、麦拉面和铝面,在所述麦拉面的任一端的端部设有重叠在一起的铝面。

如图2所示,一种铝箔麦拉带短接绕包结构,包括缆芯1、麦拉面2和铝面3,在所述麦拉面2的任一端的端部设有重叠在一起的铝面3。
实施例2
如图3所示,本实用新型的铝箔麦拉带短接绕包结构,麦拉面2的两端的端部均设有重叠在一起的铝面3。
原来的的结构,铝面(导电)没有重叠,不能构成闭合回路;后来的结构,铝面(导电)重叠,构成闭合回路,所以能将电线的电磁场闭合。
铝箔麦拉带短接绕包,铝金属面闭合,电线的电磁场同时闭合,抗电磁干扰性能(EMI)优良,信号传输良好。改善了USB2.0数据线传输性能,延长使用长度,特性阻抗稳定,衰减性能有效改善,抗EMI水平明显高于同类普通产品。
