目前，国内外气缸套浇注模具，均是法兰盘与浇注模体设计成整体，整体式模具有钢件、铸钢件和灰铸铁件，模具不但加工难度大、制造成本高，而且材料利用率低，更主要的是模具浇注一万只缸套毛坯后，由于内表面磨损严重而报废，使用寿命短，增加了生产成本，影响了工作效率。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种气缸套钢质分体浇注模，加工难度小，制造成本低，使用寿命长，工作效率高。 
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：该浇注模包括钢质浇注模法兰、定位盘和钢质浇注模体，在钢质浇注模体填充定位盘的一端经一组连接螺栓连接钢质浇注模法兰，钢质浇注模体的另一端的内表面由内向外设为内锥面和圆柱面。 
其中，钢质浇注模法兰上设止口和连接螺孔。 
其中，在钢质浇注模体的外表面设凹槽。 
工作时，将钢质浇注模体经一组连接螺栓连接钢质浇注模法兰构成整体浇注模，当钢质浇注模体内表面磨损严重而报废时，在钢质浇注模法兰上换上新的钢质浇注模体即可继续使用。
