一种一次性骨不连手术器械包,其包括包装盒,其特征是;所述包装盒内设有软组织排开器、套筒、三棱小针刀、骨髂穿刺针和抽注器。使用时,将软组织排开器插在套筒内,分开皮肤及皮下组织达骨不连处后,套筒固定不动,移出软组织排开器,把三棱小针刀放入套筒达骨折端,对骨折端进行彻底的搜刮扩创,制造出两断端新鲜创面。用骨髂穿刺针自髂前上棘处刺入髂骨髓腔,连接抽注器,从不同方向抽吸红骨髓约1~2ml,将人工骨弄碎与红骨髓悬浊液混合,经套管注入骨折缺损处及周围。然后根据情况给予相应固定或维持原有固定。本实用新型的有益效果是:创口小、愈合快。
