背景技术
曝气***是曝气池工艺的核心,曝气***性能的优劣关系到污水处理工艺的成败,近年来射流曝气器技术广泛应用于城市污水、工业废水如石油废水、化工废水、造纸废水、印染废水、食品加工废水的处理。常规的射流器在使用中容易出现堵塞,废气、废水的排放量大,氧的转移率不高,影响了其曝气效果。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的射流曝气装置易堵塞、曝气不均匀、能耗高的不足,本实用新型提供一种双螺纹射流曝气器,该双螺纹射流曝气器具有曝气均匀、体积小、效率高的优点。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种双螺纹射流曝气器,其特征是:一端为进水口另一端为气水出口的圆管形壳体,壳体中部有10-20度的折弯,进水口内为圆锥形射流器,进气管垂直安装在射流器一侧的壳体上,射流器喷嘴至气水出口之间为气水湍流混合室,混合室内壁设有双螺纹导流槽,进水口、进气管均装有连接用的法兰。

本实用新型由于延长了射流器的长度,并且将空气喷嘴设置在射流喷嘴的后部,由于高速的射流流态,使空气喷嘴出气口呈负压状态,有利于空气进入使液气混合充分,氧吸收率高,动力效率高。比传统曝气池处理效率高3~4倍,曝气时间可明显缩短,并适用于各种污水处理,包括推流式曝气池、混合曝气池、延时曝气池、氧化沟、氧化塘等。本射流曝气器适用于较深的曝气池,减少了占地面积,***简单,节约投资费用。气水湍流混合室内壁设有双螺纹导流槽,可以使混合室内的水流成湍流状态使液气充分混合,提高曝气效果,射流器喷嘴口与空气喷嘴出口的合理布局使进气管内形成负压,需要风机风压低,动力小处理效能高,节约运行费用。
