技术领域
本实用新型涉及轴承制造技术领域,具体说是一种用于军车枪体旋转的精密回转支承。
背景技术
   回转支承是一种能够同时承受较大的轴向负荷、径向负荷和倾覆力矩等综合载荷,集支承、旋转、传动、固定等多种功能于一体的特殊结构的大型轴承。一般情况下,回转支承自身均带有安装孔、润滑油和密封装置,可以满足各种不同工况条件下工作的各类主机的不同需求;另一方面,回转支承本身具有结构紧凑、引导旋转方便、安装简便和维护容易等特点,被广泛用于起重运输机械、采掘机、建筑工程机械、港口机械、风力发电、医疗设备、雷达和导弹发射架等大型回转装置上。
目前,国内回转支承大致包括外圈外齿形回转支承、内圈内齿形回转支承、无齿式回转支承等几类,存在以下缺陷:
1、其径向轴承尺寸较大,多用于较大的安装空间;
2、轴承轴向径向游隙的可调性差,回转支承精度低;
3、承载能力小:因内部结构是组合保持架与钢球,保持架占用一定的空间,削减相同尺寸的承载能力;
4、结构存在安装软带,在软带区不能承受载荷,影响回转支承使用寿命;
5、对于小空间的回转支承较少。
发明内容
     为克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种精密回转支承,以实现提高轴承的精度、承载能力,并达到安装简便的目的。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:外圈的一端台阶内有用于传动的内齿,外圈有双列沟道;内圈包括可分离的上内圈及下内圈,用螺钉连接,上内圈及下内圈有滚道,上内圈的端面开有用于安装钢球的球口,外圈与上内圈及下内圈之间装有密封圈。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、安装空间小:该回转支承的径向轴向尺寸小,壁厚薄,且改变原有的外圈外齿和内圈内齿的结构,使用外圈内齿的新结构,更大程度上节省了安装空间;
2、精度高:采用可分离的内圈结构,使轴承的轴向径向游隙达到可调性,使径向游隙可为负游隙或零游隙,减少轴承在倾覆力矩下产生的转角,提高了回转支承的精度;
3、承载能力大:采用两列满装钢球及较大的接触角,提高了回转支承的承载能力;
4、灵活的内部结构:一个内圈端面的装球缺口,避免回转轴承的软带区,同时也提高轴承的承载能力,另一内圈可直接从端面填入钢球;
5、防锈蚀能力:采用氧化处理,提高了轴承的防锈蚀能力;
6、刚性好:采用整体淬火的热处理方式,提高了轴承的刚性及承载能力。

具体实施方式
    如图1所示,外圈5与内圈之间装有钢球2,钢球2是精密钢球,外圈5有双列的沟道,外圈5外径左端有台阶并有安装的通孔15和定位销孔14,右端有安装螺孔10,内径左端有台阶并有内齿13,内径右端有两列滚道,滚道中间有一台阶;内圈是两件可分离的半内圈,包括上内圈3及下内圈4,与钢球2、外圈5成60°接触角,能承受较大的轴向力,同时可通过磨削半内圈的端面,调节内圈与外圈的径向游隙,使径向游隙达到设计要求,上内圈3的端面有一沉孔11,用于安装传动小齿轮,上内圈3一端面开有安装的螺纹孔9与下内圈4连接,在外径右端有滚道和台阶,螺纹孔12用于安装转动部分的部件,下内圈4一端面开有安装的沉孔7和通孔8,在外径左端有滚道和台阶,上内圈3及下内圈4之间用螺钉6连接,上内圈3端面开有安装球口16,用于安装内侧的钢球2;外圈5与上内圈3及下内圈4之间装有圆环形密封圈1,两端面开有台阶面,用于安装时涂胶,其内径与内圈接触处较薄,本实用新型是径向密封,接触面小,使得旋转更灵活。

1.一种精密回转支承,其特征在于:外圈(5)的一端台阶内有用于传动的内齿,外圈(5)有双列沟道;内圈包括可分离的上内圈(3)及下内圈(4) ,上内圈(3)及下内圈(4)有滚道,上内圈(3)的端面开有用于安装钢球(2)的球口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的精密回转支承,其特征在于:上内圈(3)及下内圈(4)用螺钉连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的精密回转支承,其特征在于:外圈(5)与上内圈(3)及下内圈(4)之间装有密封圈(1)。
