Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及用于通过低温蒸馏分离空气的设备。 
背景技术
空气分离设备必需用最合适的运输手段从其制造地点运输到安装现场而不损坏设备的部件。经常希望在集装箱中运输已经装配有相关管道***和阀的空气分离设备冷箱。 
在用于生产氮的设备具有单塔的情况下,FR-A-2929384,WO-A-09/063146和WO-A-07/074276最近提出在蒸馏塔的上方安装供气冷却热交换器,该供气冷却热交换器还包括顶端蒸发器的对应部分。在这些情况下,有一富液阀,该阀一般设置在冷箱外部以便可以很容易接近。因此该阀可能由于在集装箱内部碰撞而损坏。 
同时,一旦安装好,阀就必需保持距地面一定距离以便保证良好的绝缘/隔离。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供用于运输在冷箱外部装备有部件的冷箱并且还使冷箱更容易现场安装。 
按照本实用新型的一个目的,提供了一种空气分离设备,该空气分离设备包括冷箱、设置在冷箱内部的蒸馏塔和至少一个附接到冷箱外侧底部上的辅助部件,该冷箱包括底部和壁并具有主轴线,其特征在于,至少三个支承部件各都固定到底部上的一位置或者邻近底部的壁的一区域上,所述至少三个位置距主轴线相同的距离,且各支承部件基本上沿主轴线的方 向延伸,支承部件的延伸范围使得辅助部件位于冷箱的底部和每个支承部件的沿主轴线的方向距底部最远的那个边缘之间。 
按照本实用新型的其他可选的方面: 
-一延伸部件附接在每个支承部件上以便将该支承部件延长,各延伸部件同样位于冷箱的外侧; 
-在工作状况下,各支承部件通过延伸部件固定到地面上,且没有辅助部件位于比延伸部件和支承部件之间的连接部向下更低的位置; 
-各延伸部件具有圆形或矩形截面,且属于每个延伸部件的具有圆形、环形或矩形截面的面附接到属于每个支承部件的具有相同截面的面上; 
-各延伸部件通过螺栓固定、螺钉固定或通过焊接附接在支承部件上; 
-用来冷却准备送到蒸馏塔的供给空气的热交换器设置在冷箱内部平的或拱形的底部的相对端处并且设置在蒸馏塔与冷箱的壁之间; 
-辅助部件包括用于从蒸馏塔中抽取塔釜液体的抽取管和/或用于塔釜液体的膨胀阀,和/或泵。 
按照本实用新型的另一方面,提供了一种用于建造包括如上所述设备的空气分离设备的方法,在该方法中,将延伸部件固定到支承部件上,然后将设备如此定位以使蒸馏塔竖直,其中冷箱通过延伸部件搁置在地面上。 
按照本实用新型的另一方面,提供了一种装运集装箱,该集装箱容纳有如上所述的空气分离设备。

具体实施方式
图1示出冷箱1,该冷箱1包括底部3、壁5和顶部。底部可以是方形、矩形或圆形、平底或拱形底,以便冷箱具有圆筒形或长方体形状。 
在冷箱内部有一蒸馏塔7,该蒸馏塔7通过真空和/或通过绝缘层如珍 珠岩与壁隔离。蒸馏塔顶部可装有交换器15,如上述Air Liquide专利中所述的。 
三个支承部件11A(图中仅可看到其中一个)焊接到冷箱的底部上。各支承部件间隔120°设置。如果需要,可以使用更多的(支承)部件。各部件可选择地可以焊接到冷箱侧面壁5的底部上。 
在运输期间,冷箱1放置在ISO集装箱类型的装运集装箱21中。一旦到达现场,就把冷箱从集装箱21中取出,并对每个支承部件11附接一延伸部件13。这些延伸部件将用螺栓(或焊接或用螺钉)固定到冷箱的支承部件上。因此它们能由较不熟练的劳力快速地装配。 
然后将冷箱垂直地竖起。 
可选择地,延伸部件13可以首先固定到地面上,把冷箱垂直地竖立在延伸部件上并将延伸部件固定到支承部件11上。 
这样,支承部件的长度仅由塔釜液体阀17和塔釜液体管道19的一部分或有必要定位在蒸馏塔的塔釜下方并且因此出于简单的目的而设置在冷箱下方的其它部件的尺寸决定。 
因此,支承元件在集装箱21中在运输期间保护阀和管道***,而同时尽可能减少集装箱的总长度。可选择地,对于给定的集装箱尺寸,这种布置结构可允许使蒸馏塔和交换器加长。 
选择延伸部件的长度(约0.5m)以便有助于接近位于冷箱下方的设备。 
延伸部件使阀与地面充分间隔开以便它足够地绝缘并容易接近。 
图2示出底部3,其中三个圆27表示各支承部件11A固定在该处的位置。 

Claims (9)

1.一种空气分离设备,包括冷箱(1)、设置在所述冷箱内部的蒸馏塔(7)和至少一个附接到所述冷箱外侧底部上的辅助部件(17、19),所述冷箱(1)包括底部(3)和壁(5)并且具有主轴线,其特征在于,至少三个支承部件(11A)各都固定到所述底部上的一位置或邻近所述底部的所述壁的一区域上,所述至少三个位置(27)距离所述主轴线相同的距离,并且所述支承部件基本上沿所述主轴线的方向延伸,所述支承部件的延伸范围使得所述辅助部件位于所述冷箱的所述底部和每个支承部件沿所述主轴线的方向距所述底部最远的边缘之间。
2.按照权利要求1所述的空气分离设备,其特征在于,每个支承部件附接有延伸部件以便使所述支承部件延长,所述延伸部件同样位于所述冷箱(1)的外部。
3.按照权利要求2所述的空气分离设备,其特征在于,在工作状况下,所述支承部件(11A)通过所述延伸部件(13)固定在地面上,并且没有辅助部件(17、19)位于比所述延伸部件和所述支承部件之间的连接部向下更低的位置。
4.按照权利要求2或3所述的空气分离设备,其特征在于,所述延伸部件(13)具有圆形或矩形横截面,并且属于每个延伸部件的圆形、环形或矩形横截面的表面附接到属于每个支承部件(11A)的具有相同横截面的表面上。
5.按照权利要求2或3所述的空气分离设备,其特征在于,所述延伸部件(13)通过用螺栓连接、用螺钉连接或通过焊接附接在所述支承部件(11A)上。
6.按照权利要求1至3中任一项所述的空气分离设备,其特征在于,用来冷却准备送到所述蒸馏塔的供给空气的热交换器(15)设置在所述冷箱内部平的或拱形的底部的相对端处、所述蒸馏塔与所述冷箱的所述壁之间。 
7.按照权利要求1至3中任一项所述的空气分离设备,其特征在于,所述辅助部件包括用于从所述蒸馏塔中抽取塔釜液体的抽取管(19)和/或用于塔釜液体的膨胀阀(17)和/或泵。
8.一种装运集装箱,装有按照权利要求1所述的空气分离设备。
9.按照权利要求8所述的装运集装箱,其特征在于,所述装运集装箱装有所述冷箱和所述支承部件但没有延伸部件。
