本发明涉及的是一种撬装式紧凑型空分设备支撑架,属于空分装置技术领域。
背景技术
采用整体撬装技术的标准化紧凑型空分设备,是目前中型空分设备市场的主要需求,是先进中型空分设备的一个重要技术指标,与散件出厂并在用户现场组装的空分设备交货方式相比,可大大减少在用户现场进行工程安装的工作量和降低管理难度,有助于缩短建设周期和保证产品质量,最终节约工程费用。
整体撬装式紧凑型空分设备与其它空分设备冷箱***一样,也同样包括精馏塔、冷凝蒸发器、换热器、阀门、管道、各类支吊架、冷箱壳体以及冷箱附件等部机(件)组成,但却受到工厂制造水平、道路运输条件和现场大型设备安装能力等限制因素影响,冷箱内部安装空间非常有限,必须对冷箱内的所有部机(件)进行不断优化和创新,撬装式紧凑型空分设备支撑架可有效减少冷箱内阀架的空间占有率,优化冷箱内部布置空间,提高阀架设计标准化水平和安装制造质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的存在的不足之处,提供一种用于撬装式紧凑型空分设备支撑架,有效减少冷箱内阀架的空间占有率,优化冷箱内部布置空间,提高阀架设计标准化水平和安装制造质量。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种撬装式紧凑型空分设备支撑架,它包括两侧竖直排布的冷箱骨架,该骨架内部中空,两骨架之间通过横梁连接固定,所述横梁焊接在两侧的冷箱骨架上,且垂直于冷箱骨架,在横梁的上方设有一阀架支撑杆,该支撑杆一侧焊接在冷箱骨架上,另一侧焊接有角钢,所述角钢的一侧面上设有多个低温阀门抱箍,该低温阀门抱箍通过设置在角钢底部的垫圈和螺母固定,并在低温阀门抱箍相对内侧的角钢上焊接又托架,所述低温阀门抱箍与托架形成一圆形紧固圈用于固定阀门。
作为优选:所述骨架内部中空处填充有隔热保温材料。
本发明设计的一种撬装式紧凑型空分设备支撑架,有效减少冷箱内阀架的空间占有率,优化冷箱内部布置空间,提高阀架设计标准化水平和安装制造质量。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1所示,一种撬装式紧凑型空分设备支撑架,它包括两侧竖直排布的冷箱骨架6,该骨架6内部中空,两骨架6之间通过横梁1连接固定,其特征在于所述横梁1焊接在两侧的冷箱骨架6上,且垂直于冷箱骨架6,在横梁1的上方设有一阀架支撑杆7,该支撑杆7一侧焊接在冷箱骨架6上,另一侧焊接有角钢2,所述角钢2的一侧面上设有多个低温阀门抱箍3,该低温阀门抱箍3通过设置在角钢2底部的垫圈和螺母5固定,并在低温阀门抱箍3相对内侧的角钢2上焊接又托架4,所述低温阀门抱箍3与托架4形成一圆形紧固圈用于固定阀门,所述骨架内部1中空处填充有隔热保温材料。
本实施例以安装三个阀门、阀门倾角为30°为例;将横梁1一端通过焊接固定在冷箱骨架6上,因它是主要的承重装置,故其与骨架焊接处焊一圈,以增加其与冷箱骨架6连接强度;由于冷箱内温度很低,可在冷箱骨架内部填装保温隔热材料,防止阀门过度受冷箱温度影响而温度过低,导致阀门外部出现结霜现象;阀架支撑架7的另一端与角钢2焊接,使得角钢2固定在阀架支撑架7上,其中与阀架支撑架7与角钢2焊接的一端为倾斜面,本实施例中该斜面倾角为60°,角钢2的内平面与该倾斜面贴合焊接,另一面搭在阀架支撑架7上,并在接触地方通过焊接加固;在角钢2安装阀门的一面开有3对直径为10mm的通孔,其中每对通孔间的距离由阀门大小决定,各对通孔间的距离由阀门安装间距决定;在每对通孔间安装一托架4,用于托放阀门,其中托架位于该对通孔的中间位置,通过焊接固定在角钢2上;安装阀门时,先将阀门安放在托架4上凹槽中,再通过低温阀门专用抱箍3将其固定在角钢2,其中低温专用阀门抱箍3下端螺栓穿过角钢2上的通孔,通过垫圈、螺母5将其固定,从而将3个阀门以30°倾角安装。
本发明的阀架支撑架与冷箱骨架、角钢与阀架支撑架、低温托架与角钢的连接方式不局限于焊接方式。

1.一种撬装式紧凑型空分设备支撑架,它包括两侧竖直排布的冷箱骨架,该骨架内部中空,两骨架之间通过横梁连接固定,其特征在于所述横梁焊接在两侧的冷箱骨架上,且垂直于冷箱骨架,在横梁的上方设有一阀架支撑杆,该支撑杆一侧焊接在冷箱骨架上,另一侧焊接有角钢,所述角钢的一侧面上设有多个低温阀门抱箍,该低温阀门抱箍通过设置在角钢底部的垫圈和螺母固定,并在低温阀门抱箍相对内侧的角钢上焊接又托架,所述低温阀门抱箍与托架形成一圆形紧固圈用于固定阀门。
