技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种潜水电泵,特别是一种能有效提高承重轴承的寿命、提高潜水电泵的可靠性的双吸高效潜水电泵。
背景技术
潜水电泵主要包括电机转子1、转子轴2、轴承3、油室4、油室盖5、盖泵6、叶轮7和涡壳8(如图1-4所示),电机转子1位于转子轴2的上部,油室4通过轴承3安装在转子轴2的中部,油室盖5和盖泵6依次安装在转子轴2的下部,叶轮7安装在转子轴2的底部,涡壳8安装在盖泵6上,叶轮7为单吸叶轮,其上有前吸水口71和出水口72,包括叶片73、前盖板74和后盖板75,叶片73安装在前盖板74和后盖板75之间,后盖板75上有反叶片751。潜水电泵电机转子所承受的轴向力P= P1+P2+P3,其中P1为转子自重,P2为叶轮盖板力(由于叶轮前后盖板不对称,进水口大小引起的力称为盖板力P2),P3为叶轮动反力(由于叶轮高速旋转,液体从叶轮口环进入后改变方向,提高速度所产生的力称为动反力)。由于潜水电泵的转子均采用立式安装,转子的自重P1是固定的。叶轮盖板力P2与水流量有关,流量越大,P2越大;为了减少叶轮盖板力P2,在潜水电泵的叶轮7的后盖板71上加设了反叶片72(如图2、3所示),以降低转子所承受的轴向力P。叶轮动反力P3与泵扬程有关,叶泵扬程越高,P3越大。由于转子的轴向力P全部由电机下端轴承承受,造成电机轴承受力过大,长期疲劳运行,严重影响水泵的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的上述不足,而提供一种双吸高效潜水电泵,其进水方式为双吸,叶轮旋转产生的轴向力由单向变成双向,使得潜水电泵所承受的轴向力降低,以便提高承重轴承的寿命,提高潜水电泵的可靠性。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种双吸高效潜水电泵,包括电机转子、转子轴、轴承、油室、油室盖、涡壳、叶轮和进水节,电机转子位于转子轴的上部,油室通过轴承安装在转子轴的中部,油室盖和进水节依次安装在转子轴的下部,叶轮安装在转子轴的底部,涡壳安装在进水节上。
本实用新型进一步的技术方案是: 叶轮为双吸叶轮,其上有左吸水口、右吸水口和出水口。
本实用新型再进一步的技术方案是: 叶轮由左叶片、右叶片、左前盖板、右前盖板和后盖板组成,左叶片和右叶片安装在左前盖板、右前盖板之间,后盖板位于左前盖板和右前盖板之间的左叶片和右叶片的正中间。

如图5-8所示:一种双吸高效潜水电泵,包括电机转子1、转子轴2、轴承3、油室4、油室盖5、涡壳8、叶轮9和进水节10,电机转子1位于转子轴2的上部,油室4通过轴承3安装在转子轴2的中部,油室盖5和进水节10依次安装在转子轴2的下部,叶轮9安装在转子轴2的底部,涡壳8安装在进水节10上;叶轮9为双吸叶轮,其上有左吸水口91、右吸水口92和出水口93,叶轮9由左叶片94、右叶片95、左前盖板96、右前盖板97和后盖板98组成,左叶片94和右叶片95安装在左前盖板96、右前盖板97之间,后盖板98位于左前盖板96和右前盖板97之间的左叶片94和右叶片95的正中间。

1.一种双吸高效潜水电泵,包括电机转子、转子轴、轴承、油室、油室盖和涡壳,电机转子位于转子轴的上部,油室通过轴承安装在转子轴的中部,其特征是还包括叶轮和进水节,油室盖和进水节依次安装在转子轴的下部,叶轮安装在转子轴的底部,涡壳安装在进水节上。
