背景技术
滚动球磨机在很多领域都有应用，它主要起到破碎、混合作用，物料通过缸体内壁摩擦力带到一定高度，由于重力而下落，从而达到破碎、混合的目的。
现使用的球磨机有加筋与转动轴向平行的，也有不加筋的，特别是如硬质合金衬板球磨机，由于加筋难度较大，在缸体的耐磨性使用寿命，球磨工作效率，混合效果方面都有待改善。

本实用新型所解决的技术问题在于提供一种球磨机缸体，以解决上述背景技术中的缺点。
本实用新型所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种球磨机缸体，在缸体内壁设置有加强筋条，筋条的排置方式为交错的八字形排布，优选筋条为六条，在缸体内壁上为六等分排布，并通过焊接方式固定在缸体内壁，筋条高度一般大于磨介球的半径。
球磨机工作时，球磨机缸体沿工作方向转动，磨介球与物料在球磨机缸体中因旋转而被提升，增设此筋条后，因为这种筋条的径向提升效果，球物料被升得更高，从而使球磨机的球磨效率更高，而筋条为八字斜行交错分布，物料在缸体内多方向翻滚，混合效果也更加理想，这样球磨时间可以相应缩短，而使球磨机缸体使用寿命得以延长。
有益效果：本实用新型工艺简单，加工方便，在保证球磨混合效果的同时，能有效缩短球磨时间，提高球磨效率，且能有效延长球磨机缸体的使用寿命。
