技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种加热器热交换罩。尤其用于利用热传导介质(水、防冻液等)循环流过作为热交换壁的燃烧室外罩表面的热交换层,带走热量并加热户外作业设备和车辆及其空调***的加热器。 
背景技术
在现有技术中,加热器外罩独立覆盖于燃烧室外罩表面与燃烧室外罩之间相距形成一个热交换层空间。热交换介质(水和防冻液等)循环流过热交换空间,与燃烧室外罩进行热交换。但与加热器外罩下沿层叠结合的燃烧室外罩下沿(热交换液进出管以及排气管穿过部位)占用了部分燃烧室延长空间,而这一部分没有热交换介质流过。因而导致加热器运行时燃烧室外罩下沿过热造成不必要的能源浪费。 
实用新型内容
为了解决燃烧室下沿过热浪费能源的问题,本实用新型提供一种下沿带有延伸热交换层的燃烧室外罩。该延伸热交换层与加热器外罩覆盖的主热交换层对接。增加了作为热交换壁的燃烧室外罩与热交换介质的热交换面积。从而提高了加热器的热利用率。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:将燃烧室外罩下沿排气管穿出和热交换液进出管通过的实心部分,改为带有与主热交换层对接延续的延伸热交换层。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,改善了燃烧室外罩下沿过热的缺陷。通过延伸热交换层增大了加热器的热交换面积,提高了热利用率。

具体实施方式
在图1中,燃烧室外罩下沿(11)与加热器外罩下沿(4)对接,形成密闭的热交换层。防冻液通过进水管(1)及其延伸部(2)沿导流槽(6)循环流入主热交换层(5)及延伸热交换层(3),在热交换层中与作为热交换壁的燃烧室外罩(8)进行热交换,加热后经出水管延伸部(9)和出水管流出,进入发动机进水口或外挂空调***。与燃烧室外罩(7)相连的排气管(10)穿过燃烧室外罩下沿(11)将燃烧室尾气排出。由于燃烧室外罩下沿(11)被排气管(10)穿过部分与燃烧室外罩之间增加了延伸热交换层(3),因而相对增加了热交换面积提高了热利用率。

1.一种加热器热交换层,由燃烧室外罩和加热器外罩通过燃烧室外罩下沿与加热器外罩下沿对接后共同封闭而成,其特征是:加热器热交换层延伸到燃烧室外罩下沿内部形成延伸热交换层。
