本实用新型涉及一种电动汽车鼓式制动器,尤其是前驱动轮毂电机鼓式制动器的安装结构。 
背景技术
由于前驱动轮毂电机占据了鼓式制动器的空间,因此必须重新安排鼓式制动器的安装位置,由于空间限制,给重新安排鼓式制动器的位置造成很大困难。 
发明内容
本实用新型在轮毂电机占据了鼓式制动器位置的情况下,将鼓式制动器设计在轮毂电机的凹槽内。 
本实用新型解决其技术关键采取的措施是:制动鼓与轮毂电机的转子连接并一同转动,内张式制动器总成与转向轴端盘连接。 
本实用新型的有益之处是:1、在轮毂电机占据了鼓式制动器的前提下,不影响制动和转向的正常功能。2、本结构也可用于后驱动轮毂电机结构中。

具体实施方式
鼓式制动器总成安装在轮毂电机总成的凹槽内,制动鼓5通过制动鼓接盘4与轮毂电机转子2连接并一起转动,内张型制动器总成6通过螺栓与转向轴端盘8固定,转向轴端盘8与转向桥7铰接,轮毂电机定子3通过螺栓与转向轴固定,汽车轮毂1则固定在轮毂电机转子上。

1.一种前驱动轮毂电机鼓式制动器的安装结构,其特征在于:鼓式制动器总成安装在轮毂电机总成的凹槽内,制动鼓通过制动鼓接盘与轮毂电机转子连接并一起转动,内张型制动器总成通过螺栓与转向轴端盘固定。
