Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种高速列车用外接式变截面均匀送风***,包括:空调机组;变截面的主送风道,设置在车体纵向中央一线,所述主送风道一端连接空调机组的排气端;至少一二级送风道,设置在主送风道纵向的两侧,二级送风道上设有至少一个送风口;以及端部连接空调机组进气端的回风道,回风道上设有至少一个回风口,所述二级送风道通过螺旋风管连接主送风道,二级送风道通过送风口、回风道通过回风口同车厢的需送风区域连通。本实用新型的有益效果是:在狭长的车厢内,由于主送风道、二级送风道的长度与需送风区域的长度相同,螺旋风管与主送风道的连接处设置单孔孔板调节装置,从而保证了各个区域供应等量的空气,送风均匀,乘坐舒适。

Description

一种高速列车用外接式变截面均匀送风***
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种空调送风***,尤其涉及一种应用于高速轨道车辆的空调送风***。
背景技术
通风***是包括高速列车在内的各种车内环境控制***中非常重要的组成部分。为了减少强烈的紊流和噪声,一般车厢内都采取了良好的密封措施。由于车内人员密度大,车内空间狭长,要满足沿列车长度方向上的各个区域供应等量的空气,实现均匀送风。现有的送风***不能算是完整意义上的均匀送风。但高速列车不同于一般的旅客列车,其密封性要求较一般车厢更高。由于车内空气环境控制的难度增大,如何根据高速列车的车体结构提供一种适宜的送风***,为旅客提供舒适的乘坐环境,对列车的送风***提出了更高的要求。
因此,在高速列车通风领域急需提供一种能够克服目前狭长车厢内送风不均匀等难题的送风***。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种克服目前狭长车厢内送风不均匀、提高送风均匀性以使车厢内气流合理分布并保证乘坐舒适的高速列车用外接式变截面均匀送风***。
本实用新型的发明目的是通过下述技术方案来实现的:
一种高速列车用外接式变截面均匀送风***,包括:
设置在车体顶部的空调机组;
一变截面的主送风道,设置在车体纵向中央一线,所述主送风道一端连接空调机组的排气端;
至少一二级送风道,设置在主送风道纵向的两侧,所述二级送风道上设有至少一个送风口;以及
端部连接空调机组进气端的回风道,所述回风道上设有至少一个回风口,
其中,所述二级送风道通过贴有隔热材料的螺旋风管连接主送风道,所述二级送风道通过送风口、所述回风道通过回风口同车厢的需送风区域连通。
优选地,所述螺旋风管与主送风道的连接处设置单孔孔板调节装置。
优选地,所述主送风道、二级送风道的长度与需送风区域的纵向长度相同,以保证各个不同需送风区域的均匀送风。
本实用新型的有益效果:在狭长的车厢内,由于所述主送风道、二级送风道的长度与需送风区域的长度相同,同时所述螺旋风管与主送风道的连接处设置单孔孔板调节装置,从而保证了各个区域供应等量的空气,提高送风均匀性,保证乘坐舒适性的要求;***结构简单,重量轻,可根据要求进行各种方式的组合,且占用车顶空间较少;因采用螺旋风管,便于分散安装,并能根据安装空间的实际情况作各方向的弯曲,也比较容易安装和固定。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图1-2,结合具体的实施方式对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
本实用新型所述的一种高速列车用外接式变截面均匀送风***,包括空调机组1、主送风道2、二级送风道3以及回风道4。
所述空调机组1设置在车体顶部,为整个送风***送风和新旧空气交换。所述空调机组1外挂在车体外。
所述主送风道1为变截面,即其截面为可变的。所述主送风道1设置在车体纵向中央一线,以有利于供风。
所述主送风道1一端连接空调机组1的排气端,另一端通过螺旋风管5与二级送风道3相连通。所述螺旋风管5外壁贴有隔热材料已利于保证管道内的空气保持热量。
优选地,所述螺旋风管5与主送风道2的连接处设置有单孔孔板调节装置,以有利于调节空气的配给,从而保证送风均匀。
所述二级送风道3至少有一个,其设置在主送风道2纵向的两侧,所述二级送风道3上设有至少一个送风口6。
所述回风道4的端部连接空调机组1的进气端,所述回风道4上设有至少一个回风口7。
所述二级送风道3通过送风口6、所述回风道4通过回风口7同车厢的需送风区域连通。
优选地,所述主送风道2、二级送风道3的长度与需送风区域的纵向长度相同,如同列车所需供风的整个长度相同,以保证各个不同需送风区域的均匀送风。
根据上述各个独立的风道和空调机组1连接而构成一个均匀送风***。新鲜的空气与回风道4中的空气混合而进入空调机组1。换热后经过主送风道2、螺旋风管5、二级送风道3和送风口6送至车厢内部。
经过乘客的呼吸,车厢内部的空气最终经过回风口7、回风道4重新进入空调机组1,或经过废气排风道8排除出车外。
为提高向车厢内送风的均匀性,在螺旋风管5与主送风道2的连接处设置单孔孔板调节装置9,以调节阻力系数,实现各区域的送风量相等。
当然,应意识到,虽然通过本实用新型的示例已经进行了前面的描述,但是对本实用新型做出的将对本领域的技术人员显而易见的这样和其他的改进及改变应认为落入如本文提出的本实用新型宽广范围内。因此,尽管本实用新型已经参照了优选的实施方式进行描述,但是,其意并不是使具新颖性的设备由此而受到限制,相反,其旨在包括符合上述公开部分、权利要求的广阔范围之内的各种改进和等同修改。

Claims (3)

1.一种高速列车用外接式变截面均匀送风***,包括:
设置在车体顶部的空调机组;
一变截面的主送风道,设置在车体纵向中央一线,所述主送风道一端连接空调机组的排气端;
至少一二级送风道,设置在主送风道纵向的两侧,所述二级送风道上设有至少一个送风口;以及
端部连接空调机组进气端的回风道,所述回风道上设有至少一个回风口,
其中,所述二级送风道通过贴有隔热材料的螺旋风管连接主送风道,所述二级送风道通过送风口、所述回风道通过回风口同车厢的需送风区域连通。
2.如权利要求1中所述的高速列车用外接式变截面均匀送风***,其特征在于:所述螺旋风管与主送风道的连接处设置单孔孔板调节装置。
3.如权利要求1或2中所述的高速列车用外接式变截面均匀送风***,其特征在于:所述主送风道、二级送风道的长度与需送风区域的纵向长度相同,以保证各个不同需送风区域的均匀送风。
