背景技术:
PVC软管制作成本低,易加工,目前被广泛地用于与流体的输送,其不足之处在于:传统的PVC软管承受工作压力低,抗拉强度差,无法满足使用需求。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种抗拉强度强的钢丝绕线管。
本实用新型是这样实现的:
钢丝绕线管,在内管外依次套设有中间管及外管,在中间管与外管之间设置有钢丝层,所述的钢丝层为两股钢丝组交叉缠绕在中间管外而成,所述的钢丝组为两根以上的钢丝并排排列。
上述的钢丝组为三根钢丝并排排列组成。
本实用新型相比现有技术突出的优点是:
1、本实用新型在中间管与外管之间设置有由两根以上的钢丝为一组的交叉缠绕在中间管外的钢丝组,大大提高了管件的抗拉强度;
2、本实用新型适用于液体的输送。

钢丝绕线管,在内管10外依次套设有中间管20及外管30,在中间管20与外管30之间设置有钢丝层40,所述的钢丝层40为两股钢丝组401交叉缠绕在中间管20外而成,所述的钢丝组为两根以上的钢丝4011并排排列。
上述的钢丝组401为三根钢丝4011并排排列组成。
