背景技术:
传统的用于工、农业生产上输水或排污等的软管一般为橡胶软管。这些软管存在的缺点是:质量重,不耐高压,易被腐蚀,容易老化,使用寿命短。 
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种输送压力高、质量轻巧的聚氨酯增强软管。 
本实用新型是这样实现的: 
聚氨酯增强软管,在内层外依次设置有中间层及外层,所述的内层、外层均为聚氨酯层,中间层为编织层,所述的编织层为在经线与纬线纵横交错绕设在内层的外表面,且中间层的内表面及外表面分别与内层的外表面及外层的内表面紧密结合,即中间层的内表面及外表面分别与内层的外表面及外层的内表面融为一体。 
上述的经线与纬线为工业长丝。 
本实用新型相比现有技术突出的优点是: 
本实用新型采用在两层聚氨酯软管之间设置编织层,大大提高了软管的输送压力,质量轻巧,使用方便,不易被腐蚀、老化等,适用于工农业输水、排污等。

聚氨酯增强软管,在内层10外依次设置有中间层20及外层30,所述的内层10、外层30均为聚氨酯层,中间层20为编织层,所述的编织层为在经线202与纬线201纵横交错绕设在内层10的外表面,且中间层20的内表面及外表面分别与内层10的外表面及外层30的内表面紧密结合,即中间层20的内表面及外表面分别与内层10的外表面及外层30的内表面融为一体。 
上述的经线202与纬线201为工业长丝。
