本实用新型涉及一种用于制冷高压电机上的电磁线。
背景技术
制冷高压电机用电磁线的绝缘要求是很严格的,它的匝间绝缘必须有足够的电气强度承受较高的匝间冲击电压,而且必须具有足够的机械强度使它在线圈的变形过程中不致损坏,最关键的就是它必须耐冷媒,现有的电磁线导体是漆包线,所以制造工艺和设备都很复杂,同时漆包线同时要求生产设备也很精良。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种制造工艺和设备都很简单,同时造成线圈后具有较高的电气强度的用于制冷高压电机上的扁铜线。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种制冷高压电机用扁铜线,其特征在于:为一扁平铜线,分为四层,从里向外分别为裸铜线、半叠包聚脂薄膜双面补强粉层、半叠包亚胺层、双玻璃丝包层。
本实用新型的导体是裸铜线而不是漆包线,具有制造工艺和设备都很简单,多层结构能保证电磁线被制造成线圈后还具有较高的电气强度。

本实用新型制冷高压电机用扁铜线最高瞬间耐电压强度可达9kv,匝间冲击试验电压峰值可达50KV。
