本实用新型涉及一种蓄热式热管换热器,包括烟气进口、烟气通道、热管管组、烟气出口、循环管道和蒸汽聚结器,烟气通道顶部设有烟气进口,底部设有烟气出口,烟气通道内部设有热管管组,热管管组通过循环管道与蒸汽聚结器连接,蒸汽聚结器设于烟气通道外侧顶部位置,还包括蓄热体,蓄热体设置于烟气通道内部热管管组上端。本实用新型结构简单合理,增加蓄热体,避免热管管组因烟气温度波动产生损坏,由于蓄热体的吸热作用,蓄热式热管蒸汽发生器的工作温度能够提高至1200℃,比普通热管换热器高300℃,并且余热回收***简单,不需要其他降温设备。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种换热器,尤其涉及一种能回收热量的蓄热式热管换热器。
背景技术
冶金行业采用普通热管蒸汽发生器回收炼钢电弧炉内排烟气热量,产生蒸汽。在一个冶炼周期内,内排烟气温度波动很大,通常从120℃升高至1200℃,然后再降至120℃。普通热管蒸汽发生器不能完全适应以上工况,主要存在以下不足:
1、普通热管蒸汽发生器工作温度不大于900℃。换言之,采用普通热管蒸汽发生器不能完全回收烟气热量。
2、余热回收***复杂,必须采用其他降温设备使烟气温度降低至900℃以下。
3、烟气温度的交替变化导致热管蒸汽发生器受压元件强度下降,容易发生泄漏。
发明内容
针对上述缺点,本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种蓄热式热管换热器。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
蓄热式热管换热器,包括烟气进口、烟气通道、热管管组、烟气出口、循环管道和蒸汽聚结器,烟气通道顶部设有烟气进口,底部设有烟气出口,烟气通道内部设有热管管组,热管管组通过循环管道与蒸汽聚结器连接,蒸汽聚结器设于烟气通道外侧顶部位置,还包括蓄热体,蓄热体设置于烟气通道内部热管管组上端。
蓄热体由至少2组、至少2排、至少2列的管状或实心棒通过排列组合而成。
本实用新型的优点是:结构简单合理,增加蓄热体,避免热管管组因烟气温度波动产生损坏,由于蓄热体的吸热作用,蓄热式热管蒸汽发生器的工作温度能够提高至1200℃,比普通热管换热器高300℃,并且余热回收***简单,不需要其他降温设备。

参照图1所示,本实用新型蓄热式热管换热器,包括烟气进口1、烟气通道2、热管管组4、烟气出口5、循环管道6、蒸汽聚结器7和蓄热体3,烟气通道2顶部设有烟气进口1,底部设有烟气出口5,烟气通道2内部设有热管管组4和蓄热体3,蓄热体3设置于热管管组4上端,热管管组4通过循环管道6与蒸汽聚结器7连接,蒸汽聚结器7设于烟气通道2外侧顶部位置。
下面对本实用新型的工作过程作进一步说明:
工作时,高温烟气从烟气进口1进入烟气通道2,依次流过蓄热体3和热管管组4,放出热量,温度降低,最后从烟气出口5排出。当烟气温度高于600℃时,蓄热体3从烟气吸收热量,烟气温度低于600℃时,蓄热体5向烟气放出热量,保持烟气温度稳定,避免热管管组因烟气温度波动产生损坏,另外,由于蓄热体的吸热作用,蓄热式热管蒸汽发生器的工作温度能够提高至1200℃,比普通热管换热器高300℃。热管管组4一直从烟气中吸收热量,蒸汽聚集器7内饱和水沿循环管道6进入热管管组4,吸收热量,形成汽水混合物,汽水混合物在自然循环力推动下又回到蒸汽聚集器7,经汽水分离后,形成蒸汽外供,这样简单回收余热,不需要其他降温设备,更加环保。

1.蓄热式热管换热器,包括烟气进口、烟气通道、热管管组、烟气出口、循环管道和蒸汽聚结器,烟气通道顶部设有烟气进口,底部设有烟气出口,烟气通道内部设有热管管组,热管管组通过循环管道与蒸汽聚结器连接,蒸汽聚结器设于烟气通道外侧顶部位置,其特征在于,还包括蓄热体,蓄热体设置于烟气通道内部热管管组上端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蓄热式热管换热器,蓄热体由至少2组、至少2排、至少2列的管状或实心棒通过排列组合而成。
