背景技术
铝边框在太阳能光伏组件中起到保护玻璃,增加强度,便于安装的作用,还起到对光伏组件的防水作用。为了起到密封效果及增加安装强度,需要在铝边框槽内挤入硅胶。
由于铝边框槽内挤入了硅胶,在将层压后组件装入边框槽内时,会有部分硅胶从正面溢出粘在玻璃表面。固化后的硅胶粘附在玻璃表面很难清洗,在清洗不当时还会划伤边框及玻璃,进而影响组件外观、性能及组件使用寿命。

根据以上不足,本实用新型提供了一种太阳能光伏组件铝边框结构,旨在解决上述问题。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现;本实用新型包括本体,在本体的边框槽加上一条防溢胶的槽,防溢胶槽长度与铝边框一样长,宽度在2mm~3.5mm,深度在0.5mm~1mm。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:在将层压后组件装入边框槽内时,多余硅胶会储存于防溢胶槽内,不会溢出于玻璃表面,减少工人清洗工作量。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细描述:由图1和图2可见本实用新型是在铝边框槽(1)内加一条防溢胶槽(3),防溢胶槽(3)长度与铝边框一样长,宽度在2mm~3.5mm,深度在0.5mm~1mm。安装玻璃时,先在玻璃边打上硅胶,然后将玻璃固定在铝边框槽(1)内,受挤压后,多余的硅胶会留进防溢胶槽(3)内,不会溢出于玻璃表面,减少工人清洗工作量。
