本实用新型公开了一种高强度钢基铜合金轴套,包括钢基外层,所述钢基外层的内表面开设有油槽,所述油槽为螺旋线槽,在钢基外层的整个内表面上还以原子交换法结合有铜合金层,所述钢基外层和铜合金层的结合面带有均匀分布的轴向沟槽。本实用新型应用原子扩散原理,使钢基外层与铜合金层的结合面上的原子进行充分的交换,因而形成了强大的冶金结合力,通过在油槽内加润滑油或润滑脂,使轴套在工作中能与轴之间形成稳定的油膜,因此润滑性能优于现有的轴套,同时又保持了钢基外层抗冲击力强、承载能力大的优点,样品在中载中速直线往复或旋转运动状态试验中,效果良好。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种轴套,尤其涉及一种高强度钢基铜合金轴套。
背景技术
目前,在国内的机械行业里,对往复滑动的导向轴套或做旋转运动的轴套,通常采用整体式铜套或整体式钢套。铜套的导热性与减摩性较好,但有承载能力差,抗冲击性能差的缺点。钢套则相反,抗冲击性能强、承载能力大,但导热性差,而且在硬度较高时,作为对磨件的轴,其磨损较快且容易“咬轴”。为此,有些厂家采用了在钢基外层的内表面,烧结一层铜粉或涂、镀一层铜的方法。但是由此得到的轴套,钢和铜的结合力很差,实测不大于16MPa;且铜粉层的致密性差,即密度低、抗刮伤能力弱、承载力小,因此无法适用于中载中速的机械中。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型目的在于提供一种高强度钢基铜合金轴套,既能保持铜层低摩擦系数及耐磨性、导热性好的优点,又与抗冲击力强、承载能力大的钢基外层有极好的结合力。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种高强度钢基铜合金轴套,包括钢基外层,所述钢基外层的内表面开设有油槽,所述油槽为螺旋线槽,在钢基外层的整个内表面上还以原子交换法结合有铜合金层,所述钢基外层和铜合金层的结合面带有均匀分布的轴向沟槽。
作为优选,所述铜合金的厚度为0.3-0.5毫米。
作为优选,所述沟槽的深度为0.05-0.1毫米。
本实用新型的有益效果是:应用原子扩散原理,使钢基外层与铜合金层的结合面上的原子进行充分的交换,因而形成了强大的冶金结合力,通过在油槽内加润滑油或润滑脂,使轴套在工作中能与轴之间形成稳定的油膜,因此润滑性能优于现有的轴套,同时又保持了钢基外层抗冲击力强、承载能力大的优点,样品在中载中速直线往复或旋转运动状态试验中,效果良好。

具体实施方式
作为本实用新型的一种实施方式,如图1和图2所示,一种高强度钢基铜合金轴套,包括钢基外层1,所述钢基外层1的内表面开设有油槽3,所述油槽3为螺旋线槽,在钢基外层1的整个内表面上还以原子交换法结合有铜合金层2,所述铜合金的厚度为0.3-0.5毫米,所述钢基外层1和铜合金层2的结合面带有均匀分布的轴向沟槽4,所述沟槽4的深度为0.05-0.1毫米。
本实用新型应用原子扩散原理,使钢基外层1与铜合金层2的结合面上的原子进行充分的交换,因而形成了强大的冶金结合力,通过在油槽3内加润滑油或润滑脂,使轴套在工作中能与轴之间形成稳定的油膜,因此润滑性能优于现有的轴套,同时又保持了钢基外层1抗冲击力强、承载能力大的优点,样品在中载中速直线往复或旋转运动状态试验中,效果良好。

1.一种高强度钢基铜合金轴套,包括钢基外层,其特征在于:所述钢基外层的内表面开设有油槽,所述油槽为螺旋线槽,在钢基外层的整个内表面上还以原子交换法结合有铜合金层,所述钢基外层和铜合金层的结合面带有均匀分布的轴向沟槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度钢基铜合金轴套,其特征在于:所述铜合金的厚度为0.3-0.5毫米。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高强度钢基铜合金轴套,其特征在于:所述沟槽的深度为0.05-0.1毫米。
