本实用新型公开了一种同体凸缘密封垫,其特征在于密封垫本体面上任一位置有凸缘,凸缘与密封垫本体是同体,密封垫本体用丁腈胶、金属粉、纤维、木质素、硅石粉等环保材料按配比用模压铸而成,也可用金属片直接冲压而成,密封垫本体上均布有安装孔,具有密封性好,多层密封效果,应用于发动机及各种机械有气体、液体排放的密封零部件的部位,可解决“三漏”问题,结构简单,制造容易,使用方便,造价低。

本实用新型涉及到密封垫,特别是一种同体凸缘密封垫。
背景技术
现有的密封垫多是平板型,上下都是平面。按各零件安装部位做成适于密封作用的密封垫,由于机械平面有时加工平面精度不够,其中零件大小和零件的形状在加工过程中都会影响加工面的精度,或是在装配过程中安装关系也有造成不密封的原因。所以在机械装配上,发动机应用上都不同程度的存在着“三漏”隐患因素。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用新方法加工,在密封垫平面上有凸台可在密封垫平面上各个不同位置凸起,从而起到多重密封作用的,制造容易,使用方便,耐高温高压,使用寿命长的同体凸缘密封垫。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是这样的,密封垫本体面上任一位置有凸缘,凸缘与密封垫本体是同体连体的。
凸缘在密封垫本体有一圈以上,凸缘的高度宽度在零以上。
凸缘在密封垫本体是同体同模制出的同体连体凸缘垫片。
密封垫本体用金属片制作是同体同模压模制出凸缘,用粉末冶金制作是同体同模压铸出凸缘,用非金属粉制作是同体同模压铸出凸缘。
本实用新型的优点是密封垫平面上有凸缘,加强密封垫的密封性能起到多层密封效果,解决发动机及有关密封垫应用场所“三漏”问题,结构简单,制造容易,售价低,应用面广,方便实用,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的最佳实施例是这样的:参照附图1~图3,用丁腈胶、金属粉、硅石粉、木质素、纤维之类作为基本原料炼制,也可用金属粉末压制而成,或直接用金属板片制做,并按各种密封场所使用的部位制作密封垫。密封垫本体(1)是一种上面或下面有平面的垫片,或在单面有平面的垫片。密封垫本体(1)的上下平面有凸缘(3),密封垫本体(1)可以是内环或外环或中间的任一位置设置凸缘(3),亦可以在上平面或下平面设置凸缘(3),也可单面设置凸缘(3),也可上下面同时设置凸缘(3)。在模具制作时凸缘(3)和密封垫本体(1)同时设计制模,同体同模让垫片能一次性制出,则产品为凸缘(3)与密封垫本体(1)同体连体同时压铸出,用金属板、片时可一次性压制凸缘(3),用金属粉末时是同体同时压制出,这样增加了牢固性,使凸缘(3)与密封垫本体(1)承压均匀,密封性增加,对解决发动机“三漏”问题更提供了保障。在密封垫本体(1)的垫片体上均布有安装孔(2)一个以上。根据用户需要,安装孔(2)也可不必要,而直接在面上有凸缘(3),凸缘(3)在密封垫本体(1)平面上有一圈以上;其高度和宽度在零以上;凸缘(3)是锥形、方形,也可其它形状。

Claims (4)

1.一种同体凸缘密封垫,包括密封垫本体,其特征在于密封垫本体(1)面上任一位置有凸缘(3),凸缘(3)与密封垫本体(1)是同体连体的。
2.按照权利要求1同体凸缘密封垫,其特征在于凸缘(3)在密封垫本体(1)有一圈以上,凸缘(3)的高度宽度在零以上。
3.按照权利要求1同体凸缘密封垫,其特征在于凸缘(3)在密封垫本体(1)是同体同模制出的同体连体凸缘垫片。
4.按照权利要求1同体凸缘密封垫,其特征在于密封垫本体(1)用金属片制作是同体同模压制出凸缘(3),用粉末冶金制作是同体同模压铸出凸缘(3),用非金属粉制作是同体同模压铸出凸缘(3)。
