本实用新型所设计的一种环氧与PVC复合的柔性贴面材料的安装连接结构,在环氧与PVC复合的柔性贴面材料的一侧边缘设置有凸沿,另一边缘设置有凹沿,凸沿为复合材料去除PVC涂布层后剩下的环氧树脂与玻璃纤维布的复合层,凹沿为复合材料去除环氧树脂与玻璃纤维布复合层剩下的PVC涂布层,凸沿与凹沿对接,在对接面上设置一层胶粘剂。其采用凸凹沿的结构进行粘合,使结合更加紧密,而且还达到了无缝连接的效果,能有效防止水或腐蚀性液体通过连接缝渗透,防水防腐效果好,另外这样的连接结构,更加平整美观,不易损坏,延长了使用寿命,而且操作简单方便,同时降低了安装成本,提高了企业的经济效益。

本实用新型涉及贴面材料的安装,尤其是一种环氧与PVC复合的柔性贴面材料的安装连接结构。
背景技术
目前,柔性贴面材料的安装连接处大多采用直接拼接、焊接和填缝处理。直接拼接实际上两接触面之间是存在细微的缝隙的,一些液体或者细小的固体可以通过缝隙穿过贴面材料,所以对于防水要求、防腐要求的场所极不适合;焊接和填缝处理的缝隙很容易因为材料由于温度过高等发生形变而裂开,破坏其密封性能,而且连接处缝隙明显,美观度差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种连接平整紧密且缝隙细小的环氧与PVC复合的柔性贴面材料的安装连接结构。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所设计的环氧与PVC复合的柔性贴面材料的安装连接结构,在环氧与PVC复合的柔性贴面材料的一侧边缘设置有凸沿,另一边缘设置有凹沿,凸沿为复合材料去除PVC涂布层后剩下的环氧树脂与玻璃纤维布的复合层,凹沿为复合材料去除环氧树脂与玻璃纤维布复合层剩下的PVC涂布层,凸沿与凹沿对接,在对接面上设置一层胶粘剂。这样的结构可以使连接的缝隙细小,而且连接紧密。
上述凸沿与凹沿的宽度均为5-15mm,厚度均为0.4-2.3mm,该尺寸的设置使连接更加牢固,更加紧密。
本实用新型所得到的环氧与PVC复合的柔性贴面材料的安装连接结构,采用凸凹沿的结构进行粘合,使结合更加紧密,而且还达到了无缝连接的效果,能有效防止水或腐蚀性液体通过连接缝渗透,防水防腐效果好,另外这样的连接结构,更加平整美观,不易损坏,延长了使用寿命,而且操作简单方便,同时降低了安装成本,提高了企业的经济效益。

如图1所示,本实施例描述的环氧与PVC复合的柔性贴面材料的安装连接结构,在环氧与PVC复合的柔性贴面材料的一侧边缘设置有凸沿1,另一边缘设置有凹沿2,凸沿1为复合材料去除PVC涂布层后剩下的环氧树脂与玻璃纤维布的复合层,凹沿2为复合材料去除环氧树脂与玻璃纤维布复合层剩下的PVC涂布层,凸沿1与凹沿2对接,在对接面上设置一层胶粘剂3,凸沿1与凹沿2的宽度均为5-15mm,厚度均为0.4-2.3mm。

1.一种环氧与PVC复合的柔性贴面材料的安装连接结构,其特征是在环氧与PVC复合的柔性贴面材料的一侧边缘设置有凸沿,另一边缘设置有凹沿,凸沿为复合材料去除PVC涂布层后剩下的环氧树脂与玻璃纤维布的复合层,凹沿为复合材料去除环氧树脂与玻璃纤维布复合层剩下的PVC涂布层,凸沿与凹沿对接,在对接面上设置一层胶粘剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环氧与PVC复合的柔性贴膜材料的安装连接结构,其特征是所述的凸沿与凹沿的宽度均为5-15mm,厚度均为0.4-2.3mm。
