本实用新型涉及一种助力装置,尤其涉及一种风机塔筒爬梯的助力装置。
背景技术
现有技术是由含变频器组件的电路(调整电压和电流)来控制电机的转速及功率等,从而实现风机塔筒爬梯助力装置的提升力大小。
由图1可见:该种助力装置结构通常需要在塔筒底部安装一个电控箱5,由电控箱里的变频器组件电路来控制电机的提升力,在特殊低温环境下还要增加预热组件等。这样的结构形式,在塔筒底部要占用很大的空间,安装和移动都不方便。图中:上端1、下端2、直梯3以及助力装置4。
发明内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供了一种风机塔筒爬梯的助力装置,旨在解决上述的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本实用新型包括:电机;还包括:装在所述电机轴上的扭力限制器;所述扭力限制器包括:中间与电机轴相连的圆盘输入端;所述的圆盘输入端通过双排滚子链与输出端相连;调节螺母依次通过碟形弹簧和摩擦片压制在圆盘输入端上。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:用更紧凑的机械方式控制电机力输出,不需要电控柜的复杂电控***来控制电机的运行状态,实现节省空间和抗低温的优越性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细描述:
由图2、图3可见:本实用新型包括:电机40;还包括:装在所述电机40轴上的扭力限制器41;所述扭力限制器41包括:中间与电机40轴相连的圆盘输入端412;所述的圆盘输入端412通过双排滚子链416与输出端411相连;调节螺母414依次通过碟形弹簧413和摩擦片415压制在圆盘输入端412上。
本实用新型在电机上安置扭力限制器,此扭力限制器由双排滚子链联接输入端和输出端;调节螺母使摩擦片与输入端之间压紧产生一定的摩擦力矩。当过载时,输入端与摩擦片之间可产生相对滑动,扭力范围可按碟形弹簧的压缩量调整。当摩擦片对力输出调整到需要范围后,锁紧调节螺母,从而实现输出力的稳定预制。

1.一种风机塔筒爬梯的助力装置,包括:电机;其特征在于还包括:装在所述电机轴上的扭力限制器;所述扭力限制器包括:中间与电机轴相连的圆盘输入端;所述的圆盘输入端通过双排滚子链与输出端相连;调节螺母依次通过碟形弹簧和摩擦片压制在圆盘输入端上。
