Abstract

一种用于足跖骨骨折及畸形治疗的接骨板,该接骨板为解剖型的条形接骨板,包括远端及近端,所述的远端部分是与足跖骨骨干管状结构相吻合的条形薄板结构;所述的近端部分是与足跖骨基底部相吻合的、符合其解剖结构特点的翼状薄板结构,且在接骨板的远端和近端均开设有若干个螺钉孔和固定针孔。因此,本实用新型的接骨板的板面具有若干螺钉孔及固定针孔,以配合相应螺钉及固定针使用。本实用新型具有设计独特、结构合理、使用方便、固定确切等优点;从而为人体这一特殊部位的骨愈合提供牢稳可靠、理想适宜的内固定物。

一种用于足跖骨骨折及畸形治疗的接骨板
技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗器械中骨科的一种内固定器械,具体涉及一种用于足跖骨骨折及畸形治疗的接骨板。
背景技术
足是人类直立行走的重要负重器官,随着人类活动范围及社会生产、生活范畴的不断扩大,足的作用及其功能日渐受到重视。但是,近年来随着高能、高速创伤(如:交通事故、高空坠落、运动损伤……)的急剧增加,足跖骨骨折尤其是多发、粉碎性等难治性骨折的发病率逐年上升。此外,肿瘤、先天疾患等各种原因导致的足跖骨部位多种畸形。这些都给广大患者带来了明显功能障碍及痛苦。为了正确治疗该类疾患,临床上越来越需要一种适于该特殊部位且能更好满足该部位手术矫治的内固定接骨板。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构符合足跖骨部位解剖特点,使用方便的用于人足部跖骨骨折和/或畸形手术治疗的内固定接骨板,特别符合足第五跖骨基底部至骨干的骨折和/或畸形矫治之需求。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:该接骨板为解剖型的条形接骨板,包括远端及近端,所述的远端部分是与足跖骨骨干管状结构相吻合的条形薄板结构;所述的近端部分是与足跖骨基底部相吻合的符合解剖结构特点的翼状薄板结构,且在接骨板的远端和近端均开设有若干个螺钉孔和固定针孔。
本实用新型的接骨板远端的条形薄板上开设有2-5个螺钉孔,近端的翼状薄板上开设有2-3个螺钉孔其中1个螺钉孔为滑动孔;
接骨板近端翼状薄板基底部设置有2-4个抓形钩齿;
接骨板为平面结构,该接骨板可根据需要适度预弯;
接骨板的面为弧形结构,该接骨板可根据需要适度预弯;
接骨板采用医用不锈钢、钛及具有适宜力学性能的可吸收材料其它金属以及合金制成。
本实用新型的接骨板分远端和近端两部分,分别是基于足跖骨骨干管状结构及足跖骨基底部结构而设计的、符合特定解剖结构特点的、尾部带钩齿的、并可适度预弯塑形的新型内固定接骨板。该接骨板的板面具有若干螺钉孔及固定针孔,以配合相应螺钉及固定针使用。本实用新型具有设计独特、结构合理、使用方便、固定确切等优点;从而为人体这一特殊部位的骨愈合提供牢稳可靠、理想适宜的内固定物。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的结构原理和工作原理作进一步详细说明。
参见图1,本实用新型的接骨板为解剖型的条形接骨板,接骨板的面为平面或弧形结构,可根据需要适度预弯,接骨板采用医用不锈钢、钛及具有适宜力学性能的可吸收材料其它金属以及合金制成,所述的接骨板1包括远端及近端,所述的远端部分是与足跖骨骨干管状结构相吻合的条形薄板结构;所述的近端部分是与足跖骨基底部相吻合的符合解剖结构特点的翼状薄板结构,接骨板1远端的条形薄板上开设有固定针孔3及2-5个螺钉孔2,近端的翼状薄板上开设有固定针孔3及2-3个螺钉孔2其中1个螺钉孔为滑动孔。接骨板1近端翼状薄板基底部设置有2-4个抓形钩齿。
本实用新型适用于人足部跖骨(包括:基底部、骨干以及基底部至骨干)骨折和/或畸形手术治疗的内固定,尤其符合人足第五跖骨(包括:基底部、骨干以及基底部至骨干)的骨折和/或畸形矫治之需求。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于足跖骨骨折及畸形治疗的接骨板,其特征在于:该接骨板为解剖型的条形接骨板,包括远端及近端,所述的远端部分是与足跖骨骨干管状结构相吻合的条形薄板结构;所述的近端部分是与足跖骨基底部相吻合的符合解剖结构特点的翼状薄板结构,且在接骨板(1)的远端和近端均开设有若干个螺钉孔(2)和固定针孔(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于足跖骨骨折及畸形治疗的接骨板,其特征在于:所述接骨板远端的条形薄板上开设有2-5个螺钉孔,近端的翼状薄板上开设有2-3个螺钉孔其中1个螺钉孔为滑动孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于足跖骨骨折及畸形治疗的接骨板,其特征在于:所述的接骨板近端翼状薄板基底部设置有2-4个抓形钩齿。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于足跖骨骨折及畸形治疗的接骨板,其特征在于:所述的接骨板(1)为平面结构,该接骨板(1)可根据需要适度预弯。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于足跖骨骨折及畸形治疗的接骨板,其特征在于:所述的接骨板(1)的面为弧形结构,该接骨板(1)可根据需要适度预弯。
