一种吊重用高承载钢丝绳,其由6个外层股对称地包捻金属芯捻制而成,所述金属芯包括捻合在一起的金属芯中心股和金属芯外层股,所述外层股为西鲁-瓦林吞复合式结构压实股,金属芯外层股、金属芯中心股为点接触结构。本实用新型钢丝绳具有以下有益效果:具有较高的承载能力,最小破断拉力系数可达0.44,结构破断拉力可达776KN;重量系数可达0.48,结构百米质量可达432KG,提高了抗挤压能力;在捻股和合绳时经过两次压实,钢丝与钢丝间啮合紧密,提高了耐磨性能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种钢丝绳,属于绳索技术领域。
背景技术
由于机械行业的迅速发展,要求吊装工具承载能力越来越高,就钢丝绳而言,要求在同等规格下,钢丝绳的承载能力要求越来越高。点接触钢丝绳、线接触钢丝绳使用比较频繁,承载能力达不到要求,在有些机械上已经无法承担起吊任务。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服现有钢丝绳的缺陷,提供了一种承载能力高、耐磨和抗挤压能力强的吊重用高承载钢丝绳及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了如下的技术方案:
一种吊重用高承载钢丝绳,由6个外层股对称地包捻金属芯捻制而成,所述金属芯包括捻合在一起的金属芯中心股和金属芯外层股,所述外层股为西鲁-瓦林吞复合式结构压实股,金属芯外层股、金属芯中心股为点接触结构。
进一步地,所述外层股是由3种直径共30根钢丝包捻一根中心钢丝而成的压实股,且呈西鲁-瓦林吞复合式结构。
所述金属芯外层股和金属芯中心股是由6根钢丝包捻一根中心钢丝捻制而成,且呈点接触结构。
本实用新型钢丝绳具有以下有益效果;
1、 由于本钢丝绳捻股时经过拉丝模挤压、合绳时经过两组相互垂直的滚轮轧制,具有较高的承载能力,最小破断拉力系数可达0.44,比普通6*31WS+IWRC结构钢丝绳提高23%,以30mm规格、1960MPA等级强度为例,普通6*31WS+IWRC结构破断拉力628KN,本实用新型结构破断拉力可达776KN,使用相同规格的钢丝绳,本钢丝绳大大提高了承载能力。
2、 本钢丝绳重量系数可达0.48,比普通6*31WS+IWRC结构钢丝绳提高近15%,以30mm为例,普通6*31WS+IWRC结构百米质量仅有376KG,本实用新型结构百米质量可达432KG,使用相同规格的钢丝绳,本钢丝绳大大提高了抗挤压能力。
3、 本钢丝绳外层股分别在捻股和合绳时经过两次压实,钢丝与钢丝间啮合紧密,在使用时,钢丝绳和卷扬或滑轮接触面大,使用相同规格钢丝绳,本钢丝绳大大提高了耐磨性能。

实施例1
如图1-图5所示,一种吊重用高承载钢丝绳,由6个外层股1对称地包捻金属芯捻制而成,所述金属芯包括捻合在一起的金属芯中心股3和金属芯外层股2,所述外层股1为西鲁-瓦林吞复合式结构压实股,金属芯外层股2、金属芯中心股3为点接触结构。
外层股1是由3种直径共30根钢丝包捻一根中心钢丝而成的压实股,呈西鲁-瓦林吞复合式结构。
金属芯外层股2和金属芯中心股3是由6根钢丝包捻一根中心钢丝捻制而成,呈点接触结构。
其制备方法是:
在捻股车上,通过分线盘排列好钢丝,经过合拢口,用压线钢模压紧,经过拉丝模挤压生产出所需结构,再经过后变形器有效地消除股的应力,然后收在工字轮上,制备得外层股1。

合绳时,由6个外层股1包捻金属芯,在成品车上通过分线盘排列好,经过预变形器,再通过合拢口压紧,经过两组相互垂直的压辊轧制,再经过后变形器有效地消除股的应力,然后收在工字轮上形成钢丝绳。
