据目前工程机械产品的测试数据统计显示，国内工程机械产品驾驶室司机位置处噪声介于88～92dB(A)之间者居多，仅有少量产品能达到低于88dB(A)并接近85dB(A)的水平。驾驶室噪声不仅对驾驶员自我感觉和工作能力产生消极的影响，而且能导致健康严重失调、疲劳、早期失聪、高血压、神经疾病等。过强的噪声主要对人的听觉***造成损害。工程机械产品的环保、节能、降噪已逐渐成为用户选择的首要条件。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种可降低司机位置噪声的高密封型工程机械驾驶室。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种高密封型工程机械驾驶室，包括车门，车门包括内板和外板，外板连接在内板的外侧，所述内板远离外板的一侧固定连接三元乙丙橡胶密封胶条。
