背景枝术
目前,国内的生活用纸生产企业在生产过程中需要上纸时,都是采用的液压脚踏的上纸机,这种上纸机需要人工进行脚踩,还需要自己掌握方向对准,这样给生产造成了很大的不便,生产效率得不到提高。

针对上述存在的问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种有轨道、无需人工对准方向的电动上纸机。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种电动上纸机,包括底座、行走轮、立杆、双滑轮安装板、丝母、丝杆、升降架、链轮、减速箱和轨道,其特征是:底座上安装有行走轮和立杆,双滑轮安装板安装在立杆上并且通过丝母与丝杆固定,双滑轮安装板的一端固定有升降架,立杆上部安装有链轮和减速箱,行走轮与轨道相接触。 
本实用新型的优点:将上纸机的液压动力方式改为电动,省去了工人脚踩的辛劳,在地面设置轨道,无需再要人工进行对准,提高了工作效率和生产效率。

如图1所示,底座1上安装有行走轮2和立杆3,双滑轮安装板4安装在立杆3上并且通过丝母5与丝杆6固定,双滑轮安装板4的一端固定有升降架7,立杆3上部安装有链轮8和减速箱9,行走轮2与轨道10相接触。
