本实用新型涉及一种复合式水泵。现有水泵一般由电动机、泵体、底座组成,因其外形尺寸大,给运输、安装、使用带来不便。本实用新型提供了一种将水泵叶轮装入电动机内部的复合式水泵,它由电机空心轴、螺旋桨式叶轮圈、定子绕组、转子、壳体、端盖、密封、轴承、滤水网、出水口、接线盒组成,其特征在于,螺旋桨式叶轮圈与电机空心轴内腔连接。实现了水泵叶轮与电动机同步旋转的目的。特别是采用了螺旋桨式叶轮圈,其转动时,将会对水产生很大推力,从而达到水泵对出水扬程、流量的要求。该泵结构简单,体积小,使用时将其置入水中既可。经试验效果良好。

技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种复合式水泵。 
技术背景:现有水泵,一般由电动机、泵体、底座组成。特别是工程、矿山用水泵,外形尺寸较大,给运输、安装、使用带来诸多不便。 
发明内容:本实用新型提供了一种将水泵叶轮装入电动机内部的复合式水泵。它由,电机空心轴、螺旋桨式叶轮圈、定子绕组、转子、壳体、端盖、密封、轴承、滤水网、出水口、接线盒组成,其特征在于,螺旋桨式叶轮圈与电机空心轴内腔连接。通常水泵叶轮是通过其轮毂上的孔与水泵轴连接。水泵轴又通过连轴节与电机轴连接后,同步旋转进行工作。而本实用新型复合式水泵的螺旋桨式叶轮圈是通其外圈与电机空心轴内腔连接,并同步旋转而进行工作。两者虽然结构不同,但都实现了水泵叶轮与电动机转速相同的目的。特别是采用了一对螺旋桨式叶轮圈,其转动时将水推出叶轮圈,并在叶轮圈入口处形成负压,水在大气压力下不断地流入叶轮圈,从而将水由该水泵的出水口不断排出。螺旋桨式叶轮圈实质上与船舶的螺旋桨工作原理一样,其推力很大,因此可以满足水泵对排水扬程、流量的要求。经试验,效果良好。

具体实施方式:如附图所示,螺旋桨式叶轮圈(2)、(5)与电机空心轴(1)的内腔(14)连接。转子(3)与电机空心轴(1)连接。定子绕组(4)与壳体(10)连接。端盖(13)与壳体(10)左端连接。滤水网(15)与端盖(13)连接。端盖(8)与壳体(10)右端连接。(9)为出水口,(6)是轴承,(7)是密封。接线盒(12)与壳体(10)连接,电缆进线嘴(11)与接线盒(12)连接。
