背景技术
目前的复合挤出机组尤其是三复合挤出机组,在作业时由于各种胶料的配方不同、门尼粘度的不同以及挤出截面的不同,各种胶料之间存在的压力、流速和温度也各不相同,挤出的过程中产生大量热量,使胶料硫化或半硫化的现象,也即在高压力下容易出现胶料泄漏或胶烧的现象,从而导致产生产品质量隐患。因此,对其口型装置的改进必不可少。
发明内容
针对现有技术的上述不足之处,本实用新型复合挤出机组的口型装置结构进行了改良,它能够克服了上述缺陷,可以较好地控制胶料成型的温度,保持温度稳定,使胶料在各个胶料腔中流动更加顺畅,很好地解决了胶烧的问题。
本实用新型复合挤出机组口型装置温控机构,包括预口型板,其特征在于所述预口型板上有控温循环水道;该循环水道与温控***连接。

见图1、图2所示,本实用新型包括预口型板1,所述预口型板上有控温循环水道2,该控温循环水道2围绕胶料通道3布置,该循环水道2与温控***连接,操控人员可以根据实时检测的胶料温度,对口型装置的温度进行控制,使胶料的流动顺畅。如此,可以较好地控制胶料成型的温度,保持温度稳定,使胶料在各个胶料腔中流动更加顺畅,很好地解决了胶烧的问题。
